Although I'm not one to write reviews, I feel like I need to share my experience. I was in search of a new and improved pillow and was excited to find a good deal over Labor Day. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the pillow and decided to exchange it for something better. I then purchased a second (different) pillow, but it also didn't work out, so I decided to return it. When I walked into the store, the lady who assisted me before immediately recognized me and told me that they couldn't take care of me because I had already done an exchange. I wish I had known the return policy beforehand, as it would have been more helpful. The lady didn't even greet me, and she had to talk to me across the room - which was awkward, by the way. I was quite disappointed with the experience, and I would not step a foot at Sleep Number ever again. Huge shoutout to the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone, who handled it better than the two employees working that day.

I hate this bed with every fiber of my being. The only way to adjust the base is through an app on your phone. Falling asleep and need to put your head or feet down? Wake yourself out of that almost sleep state, turn on your phone, be blinded by your phone light, wraith forever while the app loads, hold your finger on the arrow button until it’s just right. Put your phone down. And then you get to hope you fall asleep again. Dumbest design ever. Wish I had been informed of this stupidity when I bought this garbage.

I'm on my 2nd sleep number bed. When packing for a move the power cord was separated from the pump. I ordered a new one but found the original within a day . I tried to cancel the order and they stated a return fee of $7.00 on a $12.95 item. On the call she stated all sales are final . I feel having spent $4000. 00 would qualify me for a full refund I guess Sleep Number did not . No more Sleep Number for me.

We had to replace our old Sleep Number bed and went to just “look around” and price them. The staff was knowledgeable and shared all of the changes and features the new mattresses offer. As we discussed wants and needs, they were able to identify a bed that suited us. We decided to purchase a new bed on the spot! Customer service is everything nowadays, and they did a great job. They never pressured us and answered every question. We’re excited to receive our new bed on Tuesday!

Shanna assisted us with our P5 purchase. They have their consultation experience down to an art. We were able to narrow our needs down and determine which bed was right for us.I’ll tell you that the store has a way of making the beds quieter.. in your home it’s louder. It just is. The bed arrived on time and delivery team did a nice job. I thought we would have received a follow up call from our salesperson after a purchase of this size. We did not. So far we like the bed fine. Not sure we are seeing the juice for the squeeze yet. All accessories are quite expensive.

Our first visit to the Sleep Number store happened to be 10 minutes before closing on a Friday. At first we didn't realize that the store was closing, when we discovered this to be the case we thought that it would be better to come back a different day. We were then greeted by Baltazar Rodriguez. Baltazar was very kind and gracious. He made us feel extremely welcome, and was excited to help. After the full demo and white glove treatment, my wife and I couldn't decide which bed to choose. Baltazar was very helpful, and patient, in recommending a mattress. We didn't purchase anything that day. However, we came back a month or so later, and were so very impressed with Baltazar's service that we made a decision to invest in a new Sleep Number bed. Our experience was definitely A+, and Baltazar made it happen!

I called the Southlake Tx location and was so fortunate to speak to Josh who assisted me with great service. Josh was polite, kind and overall professional. When I came in to pick up my purchase over the phone, another man handed my items to me and I was on my way. Both guys were extremely helpful and I appreciated the kind service. Give'n credit when it's due.

Wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Not high pressure. They made buying our new mattress easy. But they are more expensive than traditional mattresses, largely I'm sure because their mattresses are adjustable in terms of firmness.

Paid money up front for a bed and months later still no bed. Then we finally get a delivery date and I''m out of town. Next delivery date waited all day and was told I didn't answer my phone so their not delivery today. Well they called a wrong number because when Sleep Number Support called. They got a hold of me with no problem!!!! Canceling this $13,000.00 bed. Moving on!

By far the worst experience while buying a bed. Went into the store and ordered a bed and was very specific about the type of mattress we wanted. When it was delivered the mattress was wrong and all Customer service could say was sorry in 60 days we can change it. Sleep number doesn’t care about fixing their mistakes.

The installation team set up my mattress in less than 15 minutes which resulted in a faulty mattress. This thing is terrible. Basically a glorified air mattress. I should have gone to Cabelas and spent $100 on a blow up mattress instead of this $3500 piece of crap. Skip the hype and get a real mattress. Customer service is garbage too
