Ive been taking my son Southlake-Grapevine KinderCare for about 2 years. Mrs. Penny and the amazing staff create a welcoming and safe environment. My son loves his teacher Ms. Asia. I'm very grateful for her and her patience with my son.

Our 5-year-old daughter has attended for two years, and we couldn't be happier with Southlake-Grapevine Kindercare. The entire faculty and staff are consistently welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles and ready to help, especially Mrs. Penny the current director. We have complete peace of mind knowing our daughter is safe and well-cared for every day. Every teacher our daughter has had has been truly wonderful – she adores them all! They've done a great job encouraging her independence and preparing her for kindergarten, and we are happy with the level of care and education she receives.

My 4 month old baby started going here about 4 weeks ago when I went back to work. They made the transition into childcare easy on my family by showing how much they care. I was terrified to go back to work and leave my baby in the care of someone else but they put my mind to rest by working with us to ensure we were comfortable and to know that our baby was going to be safe with them. They answered all of our questions, met all of our needs, and let us tour the facility more than once. Our baby is happy there and has a routine down now according to his needs. They are part of our family now!

We were recommended Kindercare Southlake by our neighbor and we are forever grateful! This facility is safe, clean, inviting, and family oriented! We love our infant teachers because they love our child as their own. They are experienced staff and work with you as your child develops! They start the curriculum and daily activities from day one and we like that these are things we wouldn’t otherwise do at home. The director, Ms Penny, is involved with each of the classrooms and is who you communicate with most as the parent. I have called multiple times and she has ALWAYS made my questions/ concerns feel valid and my baby feel loved. Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful school!

We have had a great experience sending our baby to daycare here. Ms. Penny, the director, is amazing. Open communication is her number one priority. She has listened and followed up on every comment or concern I ever had. She also focuses on continual training for the teachers, which I have seen have a direct benefit to my child’s care. Ms. Rosario in the infant room is the best! She is the most patient and thoughtful caregiver I have ever seen. You can tell that she and Ms. Penny truly love what they do and care deeply for all of the students.

I read all of the data available from Texas HHS on this daycare, so I knew that I trusted this place. Now that my baby has been there for a few months, I still trust them.
The staff is awesome and they are patient with the kids and their parents. Get the app. Communication is excellent through the app. Their documentation is amazing. They track intake and output like nurses, so you know how your baby is eating and how long it has been since the last dirty diaper. They even time the baby's naps. Also, they send pictures sometimes which always brightens my day at work. So you are definitely getting your money's worth here.
I would just advise new parents that your kid will get sick frequently at daycare. It will happen at any daycare. Kids this age spread sickness regardless of how diligently the staff cleans.

My daughter was going there for 2 years and I loved it. Her teacher Ms.Asia was always so nice and patient. Ms. Penny the director is so warming and caring. The only reason we left is because we moved. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I've always been skeptical of child care facilities because we were young when we started having kids, and you hear all those terrible stories...but Amanda (one of the assistant directors) made such a positive impact on me with my first impression when I was first looking to put my youngest two in child care (they were both born during what was still considered pandemic times , so not much interaction with non family) that I stopped after my first call. They had space for both my kiddos immediately (which was a blessing in itself) and she invited me to come by to tour the facility, she was understanding and flexible with scheduling the tour because I was working far away at the time, but she still was able to squeeze me in before closing. Then I met Caryn (the director) who was great at handling all my questions, showed me around the facility and helped me figure out what else I needed to get them started (vaccine records, etc). When we first started they were going for about the entirety of the day because of the distance I was driving from home to the daycare and then to work (50mi one way), but they were very understanding about it and eventually I changed jobs and moved closer, so now it's a lot less time that they're there. But even when going for most of the day, all the teachers we've interacted with are so great, they've made me feel comfortable knowing my girls are in good hands everyday. They are very communicative with everything from when your baby is feeling ill to upcoming events and everything in between. 10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely love this place! The director, Caryn, goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The teachers are incredible, patient, and are good at communicating what the kids need. Above all, I always felt that Caryn and the teachers prioritize the kids no matter what. I highly recommend Kindercare Southlake-Grapevine.

I went to tour the place and was nervous at first. This was the first daycare i have ever considered actually putting my only child in. My son us only 3 and hasnt had much interaction with outer children let alone adults that arent family. At first he was shy but they made me and him feel so much at ease that when we were done touring the daycare i had to bargin with my son to get him to leave. I love that they are very attention oriented on the children. Just from the tour alone I could see all the love and the care they have for the children they care for. It made me so comfortable to know my son will be safe there and well taken care of. Plus the fact they will help us potty train him is a blessing because it has been a struggle. He understands the concept to a degree but actually getting him to not potty in his training pants has been a bit of a challenge. Cant wait for him to start his first day tomorrow. Hes been asking about it all weekend but he calls daycare "School" cause he gets to take his backpack.
