I came in terribly frustrated because I couldn’t access cellular service and spoke with Anthony who fixed it two seconds flat. I am Forever grateful. And he speaks the perfect Spanish, which was a nice compliment since I was so upset. I am happy as can be.

Poor customer service. Came in to the store with no appointment. Two employees we're busy helping customers. But the third employee, after asking me to sign in, was just standing around. So I looked at phones for several minutes, then sat down to wait. The third employee was still just standing around. After several more minutes I finally got up and left.

Came in to pay my bill with cash; only had to find out that their cash system was down. Coming from Grand Prairie, this was VERY DISAPPOINTING and a waste of time.

Been paying for the 1gig service for two years but only get 400mbps even on Ethernet. No technicians have been able to help, this company is incompetent.

I went into this location to change over from Sprint. Nicholas Cooper was my sales rep and this guy was amazing. He was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions. I got my wife the S23 ultra and my son the Google pixel 7 pro which will be in tomorrow. Everyone in this location was nice. The location was clean and not busy when i walked in, no wait! This will be my location i go to if i ever need anything. Nicholas is always willing to help, see him for all your spectrum needs.

I seriously want to know what genius thought raising prices while millions of customers are abandoning the product already was a solid business model. Whoever it was deserves a refund on his or her business degree. ,$250 a month for Internet that craps out, cable boxes that are not reliable, and a phone number that I never use... If I ran my bar as incompetently as they run their business, I'd be ruined in a week. Then again, I can't afford to conspire with my competitors in a way that was completely illegal under anti-trust laws. PS: just say you hate the USA, you trust-forming anti-American trash.

The young lady there was very patient and helpful. While the cable bill is crazy high, she got us a few more channels and cut it down a bit. We were just there for a new remote, and she offered without us even asking.

Wow. Anything but spectrum. I understand now why people pull their hair out when trying to work with spectrum. Store clerks are nice here. However they mess up quite often. Had to request my service to be canceled three times here before I left the country for three months. Came back to late fees for not canceling. Likely their system giving them limited access but it’s just crazy to me how things can be so so bad. I really don’t know what else to say other then this review is 100 percent accurate and arguably fair. I can assure you you’ll save money anywhere else when all is said and done.
