I come here to shop all the time. Today won’t be my last, but I will never purchase sprouts labeled raw chicken. The chicken smelled like rotten eggs, cheese, and decomposing meat. I am not sure how the meat department thinks that’s all right. My daughter applied for a job here, and they didn’t hire her because she didn’t have grocery experience. It seems odd when you consider that the meat department disgustingly disregards the meat. But yes! Don’t hire my daughter because she doesn’t have experience.

I wanted to pay it forward and take a moment to highlight one of your superior employees. I am a semi-retired Instacart worker. I am in Sprouts' stores often as a result of working for Instacart in addition to Spouts being my favorite store for my personal use. There is an exceptional woman with long salt-pepper wavy hair who has worked in the produce area for a while now. She was kind enough to stop doing what she was doing and help me find the items I was looking for. This is not a rarity for her. I always try to provide the highest level of customer service and try to find all items requested by my Instacart customers and if I am unable to locate them, she is always willing and helpful in helping me find the items on the floor or in the back. She and I are roughly around the same age and we remember when customer service was important. Great customer service is hard to find these days so when you do find it, it stands out big time. She is a stand-out employee. Cuddos to her for always going above and beyond.

"Sprouts Farmers Market in Southlake is my go-to spot for gluten-free food when I can't find it elsewhere. The convenient location, cleanliness, and clear aisle markings make it easy to find what I need. However, I've noticed that their gluten-free products are pricier compared to some other grocery stores. Despite the cost, the free and accessible parking is a plus. If given the choice, I tend to explore other grocery options first due to the higher prices at Sprouts."

Selection is so so. They are often out of basic items. They have a convenient location. Their policies are very customer unfriendly. They are now charging for bags. They have policies that have negative impacts on personal safety. Their staff are generally indifferent to providing service and are rarely in a hurry.

It's an ok place. They adopted the bags for sale policy from CA so they do not provide you with a recyclable bag. Also the meat is over price cheap choice meat I didn't see any prime. The employees are always very nice.

I placed a grocery order for pick up and the employee that brought out the order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I admittedly parked in the wrong pick up spot just across from the correct space and realized it as soon as I stopped the car. I saw her looking for me from the store’s automatic doors and immediately rolled down my window and waved to her. When she approached the car I apologized profusely for my mistake as I could tell she was very put off by it. She said nothing in response and walked back to the store shaking her had in anger the entire way. She stopped outside the doors to share how upset she was about it with a co worker. I could hear her co worker respond that she wouldn’t have brought the order out at all. At this point my husband, who was in the car with me, went to speak with the manager. As he walked into the store he had to pass the two girls and he told her that he didn’t appreciate her behavior and was looking for the store manager. She called my husband “dude” followed by more unprofessional behavior. The girls then followed him inside and stood off to the side recording his interaction with the manager on their phones. The manager did apologize and said he would take care of it. I am a regular Sprouts customer and have never had an experience like this. I’m not one for sharing negative reviews or experiences but this was just too much.
