I came in for my TSA appt only to find a very long line. The lady working, who I was told was the manager, got real snarky with a customer when asked why she was taking walk-ins before appointments. Very unprofessional behavior.

Its 2/20/24 at 8 pm and the manager working right now is the boss no one wants. Definitely not any sort of leader at all. Everyone else was great

I called to get information and the guy who answered the phone had an attitude, he wasn't listening and rushed me off the phone. So much for customer service.

At this stoer --Just a heads up--- i have found a number of items mis-priced or not priced -on the shelves-- can make for some surprises at checkout.Make sure you know what you are SUPPOSED to be paying.

Unhelpful. Employee refused to bring an item to the front (said there weren't any) so we had to go retrieve it ourselves. Print area also had a long line and only got help when she had to go to lunch. So still only one person helping. When I'd been in the store the previous week, they didn't even have the print cartridge I needed, so not sure why I'd go back.

Employees need to listen to customers so transactions can be seamless. Could exchange a old bag of candy they sold me BC the employee did the return wrong BC he was not listening when I first walked in.

Please note, very unfair process for TSA pre-check; if you make an appt and go in earlier to get a walk-in slot you will not be seen until everyone else there that are walk ins and appt(understandably) are seen before you. You will be told that in a very rude manner if you try and politely enquire. I was told that was TSAs ‘process’. Ha.

Rude employees. I watched a male employee in printing treat a woman who was obviously technologically challenged in such a demeaning, condescending manner. She ultimately just walked out because she couldn't figure out how to print her documents and instead of asking if he could assist, the guy just walked away as if he had more important manners to tend to. (The store was empty btw)I personally encountered this guy and another female cashier and both acted as if they couldn't be bothered. Do us all a favor and get out of customer service if you're unwilling to SERVICE CUSTOMERS!!

Giving credit where credit is due. We had an issue with our order and the store did the research and figured out why it was cancelled. They fixed it, printed it while we were there and got it all out to us. We then shipped 9 packages and the second associate we worked with was very patient. He also gave us a tip on downloading Staples Connect app, which saved us a fair amount. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It's a stressful season for them but they are handling it like absolute professionals.

Chase in the printing department is a rockstar. Went above and beyond to help me and work on my project. 10/10 recommend this store, especially if Chase is who you get to work with.
