We could not be happier with the quality of the media chairs we purchase and the outstanding customer service provided by Larry Tijernia. Everyone was so polite in the store and Larry worked so hard to get us exactly what we wanted!! He is very knowledgeable and explained the different choices we had so well. Larry Tijerina, Dago, and the rest of the Starpower team were fantastic to work with! My wife and I had held off on installing our in-home and outdoor AV for a while, but these guys made it a simple and enjoyable process. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable - they even found a problem on my home network and fixed it - and now we are enjoying incredible audio throughout our home. Thanks Starpower!

Some what disappointing. They showed up on time to see the scope of the project but the salesman did not show up. No insight on what products would work in my space, no suggestions for best set up or guidance on the project scope. I’m still trying figure out what the $165 got me. After all that the bid didn’t even reflect the things we did talk about. They would be a hard pass for me, could not recommend them unless you want to throw away $165.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have $20,700 of my money that was a deposit for IN Stock items. I needed to cancel this order because it was not going to work for my space as we are remodeling and they are now saying it was not in stock and I will need to pay a restock fee when I have the text messages and witnesses to prove that it was in stock and that's how it was sold. Now the salesperson will not respond to me at all. To get my money, he took someone else's order that they paid for and reallocated it to my order and told me it was in stock, so now they are double dipping with peoples money. Do not shop at this Southlake store or at any of their stores. Absolute crooks.

I want to thank Justin, Lance, Travis and Larry for a great experience thru the purchase and installation of 85 inch Sony Television, Sonos arc sound bar with Apple TV. Customer service was exceptional. Justin Curran was the installer that made you feel comfortable and relaxed as they hung the 120 pound plus television on the wall. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Starpower Southlake to all my friends and family.

These folks are the sh!t and I don't mean sh!t where sh!t is good! I spent $12,000 with these folks and I feel like sh!t! They don't care about performing a good installation and following through that all is well. They only care about getting paid and leaving you alone with what they left you with! Go somewhere else!

This place is great. I called in asking question about headphone demos. I was connected with Andrew who is very knowledgable with everything concerning audio. He was able to answer all types of questions I had about DACs (Digital to Analog Converters).There were a few DACs that I was interested in and he was willing to bring his own personal DACs into work the following day so I could demo them.The whole experience was great and I highly recommend their friendly atmosphere.

I have purchased all my appliances at StarPower and have always been happy with my experiences. My recent electronics purchased didn't disappoint . Travis was extremely helpful and made scheduling work for me. Terrell and Rylie the techs that delivered and set up my tv were professional, neat, and helpful setting up my system. I highly recommend this team at StarPower.

We needed a WiFi and AV upgrade as what was installed by a different multi-media company 5 years ago was a mess. We decided to go with a tried and true leader in the industry this time around, StarPower. Travis came to our home and assessed our current Wi-Fi and AV systems and made recommendations. He was mindful to incorporate any of our currrent equipment which saved us some money. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable and has answered texts from me well after the installation.Our installation took 2 days and I can’t say enough about Dago and his crew. Dago is so professional and knowledgeable. He was patient when showing us the new system and has answered texts and has called to help us when we needed clarification.Both Travis and Dago are great and StarPower is lucky to have them! Go with StarPower…you will not regret it!

Starpower sold me a repackaged floor model as new. Purchased what was told to me as a new leftover Sony Z9J 85" LED TV for $5,400 on 2/20/23. I asked several times both in person at the Southlake location and calling the North Dallas store before giving them the money to confirm the model # and that it was NIB. During the pickup at their North Dallas warehouse and after the 2 guys finished loading it inside my trailer, I asked them if this box had ever been opened? I noticed it had a pair of metal banding straps around it crimped closed. No one answers and after few awkward moments I ask again, is the TV inside this box sealed in the factory bag? I'm then told, "No its a floor model and has been out the box". This is awful. Calling the sales person I worked with immediately I am told it should be a new model. They refunded my money quickly and in looking back I believe the sales people didn't know but the warehouse guys certainly did as well as whoever reentered if back into their system as new.

BEWARE! In August 2022 we contracted with StarPower to install a full AV system in our home. We spent over $70K on this project which was to be completed by Labor Day. It is now November 29, 2022, our system is still not working or completed, with no explanation from StarPower. StarPower management at the store refuses to return our calls or inquiries. Before deciding which service provider to hire, pay attention to the reviews on other sites such as Yelp and the BBB (where I will be filing a complaint) many others have had similar issues with StarPower!
