Not paying full price for a minute haircut. I dont have much hair and a head shave with an electric razor should not take more than 5 minutes. My stylist should be paid about $20 bucks for 5 minutes of work when they charge that fee for an hour

I found a Stacy at this SOUTHLAKE SUPERCUTS!!She used to work in Euless location for 2 and half years.She moved to the better environment.She is very sincere and warm hearted person and a good hairstylist as well. She says happier here. I am happy for her.

I was going to make an online appointment this afternoon for a hair cut, however the online appointment times showed available appointments at 3:30pm, 4pm and 4:30 pm. I work right down the road, so I just showed up at 3:30pm without an appointment, and the lady working in there at this time asked me if I had an appointment and I said no, she responded with, “ I am booked up for the whole afternoon “. I think the owner of this Supercuts should know the lady working today is turning away their business. Also, this is the second time this location has turned me away. There was also only 1 guy in their this afternoon getting a hair and no one else.

Sat in my truck for 20 minutes for an 11 o’clock appointment during my only lunch break, nobody came back by 11:05. What a waste of my time, I will never give Supercuts business again.
