My husband and I have never been to or done a cooking class before but Chef Monte made it the best experience ever !!! It’s truly incredible to watch how he handles 14 novice student chefs while teaching and explaining everything in depth and helping us all out. We will definitely be back to Sur La Table and hopefully with Monte!
