My daughter recently began tutoring sessions at Sylvan and has had an excellent experience so far. The lessons are customized to address her specific needs, including grammar, vocabulary, and writing. She stays motivated by earning tokens for each lesson she completes, encouraging her to keep learning. Flexible scheduling and monthly personalized feedback have been very helpful. I highly recommend Sylvan to anyone seeking to improve their language skills.

We purchased hours with the understanding that we could get a refund for unused hours. That was a year ago… still trying to get a refund. When I call, I get through to a scheduling service that is only able to take my details.

My daughter is doing wonderful at Sylvan Southlake and Keller. She has only been going a few months and we can already see growth in her reading skills.

This is our third year with Sylvan, and we’re thrilled to see our child thriving beyond grade level. Now in 4th grade, he recently shared an essay that, as the Director, Mrs. McDonald pointed out in our monthly meeting, mirrors the work of a middle schooler! We’re so grateful for the support and dedication from the Sylvan team.

Sylvan of Southlake has been wonderful so far! We really appreciate the very small student to teacher (all certified) ratio because she gets the personal attention she needs. Plus, with monthly check-ins, it feels like the whole center cares about my daughter and her math! Of course, being a 4th grader, she works hard for the prizes ;)

Sylvan southlake has been a transformative experience for us.learning programs , online resources ,prep test it’s a complete life changer.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my child's success. They've tailored a program that addresses my child's specific needs in math and reading, and the progress has been remarkable. My child now looks forward to their sessions and has gained a newfound confidence in their abilities.

I’m so glad we found Sylvan here in Southlake! My son actually asks to go to tutoring! He has been struggling with reading and loves coming to Sylvan! He really likes the reward system and earning tokens for the work he does! I highly recommend!

I purchased hours right before the shut down of COVID. I ended up homeschooling my daughter and she improved. To this day im fighting them for a refund. I called and called to talk to a manager and no one got back to me even though they said they would. Until Denia and Stormy were office managers. It’s taking this long!!! Then I figured well I’ll just use the hours and purchase more bc my daughter needs help. We went in for a 45 for $45 deal and wasn’t even honored that on paper and Rashmi stated that my file is gone after two years when I had literally been talking with Stormy about a refund. It has been a horrible experience and $2000 doesn’t grow on trees!

Sylvan of Southlake has been a game-changer for my daughter’s reading skills! She struggled with reading for a while, but after just a few months at Sylvan, we’ve seen significant improvement. The staff is incredibly patient and has tailored the lessons to meet her needs, helping her build confidence along the way. She now looks forward to reading and is much more engaged in her schoolwork. The progress she’s made has been beyond what we expected, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Sylvan for any child needing extra help with reading!

We signed up our daughter and paid in full, only to find she was spending an hour on “study skills,” which seems wildly inappropriate for her age of 8. I questioned the management twice about what she was learning, only to be told she might not like the teachers. Once I decided sylvan was not recognizing what she needed help, I lost my trust in their ability to help her. I’m still waiting on my refund, only to be given the run around and nothing in writing about withdrawing her. I’ve decided to report to better business bureau and get a lawyer. They seem to think I made a donation. I would not recommend to anyone.
