Never buy a used tesla from tesla dealership. The expectation is to check all aspects in a 10minute window while picking up the car. (I purchased a car with 20k miles and the front tires which are manufactured in 3rd week of 2023 are so worn out after 2k miles that they are needing a replacement(refer pics). Basically, Tesla does NOT do an alignment check on used cars.“IN CASE YOU CHOOSE TO BUY NEW/USED TESLA, GET THE ALIGNMENT CHECKED THE SAME/NEXT DAY. YOU CAN’T FEEL/ EYE BALL ALIGNMENT ISSUES, UNLESS U R A MECHANIC. ITS **FREE**WITHIN 24HRS OF PURCHASE IT SEEMS.”

Please note, this review is based on my experience. This was only the second time I've been to this showroom. However, it was the first time I visited with the intent on purchasing a vehicle. So, I expect your mileage may vary.I arrived about 45 minutes early for my demo drive. I was pleasantly greeted by the person at the podium, who asked why I was there. After explaining and giving my appointment time, he told me to hold on because I might be able to go early. And he was right.From this point on, my experience started to drop.The salesperson I was assigned to did not seem very engaged. They walked me through the process, took me to the car, asked questions, and answered some of my questions. The whole time they seemed very bored and kept yawning (it was 1030 am).Upon returning, I had a host of technical questions. My salesperson was no help at all. They constantly kept asking the other two salespeople. Eventually, one of them just took over and that is whom I asked the remaining questions to.The whole time I was there, I got the feeling was bothering the salespeople. It was very an uncomfortable experience.I had some final logistic and financial questions, so I approached the desk where the three salespeople were gathered. At this point, I had spoken with two of three. This time the third person, whom I had not spoken with nearly at all, took the lead.They went full-on super-salesperson. They were firing questions like:Are you going to buy one? No, Why not? Is it a finance thing? If you're financing, then you need to buy now. Rates are increasing. Well, if you wait three months, you are just wasting your money.That little conversation at the end just left me with a bad taste. I ended up going to the Dallas service and pickup center later that afternoon. I had a much better experience there. So, maybe these guys were just having a bad day?

Went online set an appointment went in. He showed us the car the functions and sent us on our way to go Check it out. No pressure at all. Answered all my questions. Best dealership experience I've ever had.Also, it's been a few days and no harassing calls or emails

My experience at the Tesla store was wonderful, thanks to Chad's excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help us choose the right model for our family, taking the time to explain each feature and answering all our questions. His knowledge and enthusiasm for Tesla's products were impressive.I also appreciated the store's clean and modern atmosphere. The cars on display were stunning, and we were able to test drive the model we were interested in. Chad made sure the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and we felt confident in our purchase decision.Overall, I highly recommend the Tesla store and specifically working with Chad. He is a true asset to the company and made our experience unforgettable.

Made an appointment online and showed up. Ken helped us out by giving a quick walk through of how to operate the car then sent us on our way on a test drive. After getting back to the showroom we were able to spend more time exploring the cars. Ken explained all the options and didn't try to pressure us to buy anything. He said just to use the same email address if we do decide to buy the car, so that he'd be able to help us out during the delivery process. This is really what buying a car should be like. Way better than a legacy dealer network. Only one problem is their demo fleet changes a lot, so for example we wanted to see what a 7 seater model y would be like and they didn't have one for us.

Bought a white 22 Model 3 and I’m obsessed. No software issues yet. I love that everything is operated from the monitor and it has so many features I’m obsessed with. I love that there is no dash, it has two built in iPhone chargers, has a built in dash cam, it doesn’t require to purchase Wi-Fi to operate the gps, the glass roof, etc, etc…. I have yet to use the autopilot.The best way to describe this car is it’s like when you go from android to iPhone and know you can never go back.A complete charge during non peak hours is $8 and during peak hours the most to charge has been $15. That’s equivalent to a tank of gas.Stay away from the level 1 chargers, they are pointless. The super charger stations are so quick and make sure you live close to one. If not, it could be a headache. I do live close to one and have had no issues?

Terrible way to shop for a car. They only had 2 of 5 models. Store is too small to store all 5 anyway. Viewing appointments and test drives need to be scheduled weeks in advance. Finally, the store is in the middle of Southlake town square, where congestion is massive and parking is impossible. You can take customers for granted only for so long.

Will never buy Tesla again!Our Tesla Car had technical issue and shut down on highway while my daughter was driving. She managed to pull into a side road while hitting to curbs. Thankfully she had minor injuries. Towing team took it to Tesla store as the car has shutdown completely. This happened 8 mths ago, we still have no idea when they are going to evaluate and get the car back to us. Tesla service team is awful and hasn’t done anything to diagnose/ fix the issues. So after a long wait I had to involve my car insurance to look into the problem and possibly fix it. We aren’t even given loner car either!!Tesla service is horrible and the worst one!!Car can be unsafe with the technical glitches it has with certain models and once this happens your car is gone for a very long time, possibly for 1 yr or more!!It’s very frustrating to deal with Tesla.

My random stop by to check the status of my model y delivery was unexpectedly very pleasant and it helped me get my car. Sales Agent, Michael, explained why my car was pushed back multiple times, but he found it strange for my car to be pushed back to Dec-Feb 2023 again for the 3rd time. Especially, When Tesla texted me saying delivery will be within 3 weeks June 30-July 8. I loved the fact he took the time to look into TX inventory, and like a miracle, he found the exact car model&spec for me. My car delivery is tomorrow July 10. Thank you Texas team and Michael!!!
