I highly recommend partnering with Gina Coulter if considering a custom closet. She is a phenomenal design consultant for The Container Store and goes above and beyond to deliver on her customers’ visions. I purchased the Preston Collection custom closet and could not be more thrilled with the semi-completed product (a few more updates need to be made). Gina delivered a design that not only stayed within my budget, but addressed all of my closet needs. She was resourceful, attentive, and a true joy to work with on this project. Her genuine kindness, commitment, and passion for her job was felt from the beginning to the end. And the special touches from answering my emails when she was on vacation to brightening my new closet with pink hydrangeas is what separates her from others and makes her the absolute best. A special kudos to the install team led by Luke who were incredibly professional and diligent with their work.

First visit here an employee chased me down all 15 minutes I was in that store, cashier was great but that was very uncomfortable. I bought something small. But will NOT be shopping here again.

Everyone knows The Container Store is THE place for containers. It can be a challenge to decide on the perfect solution, so be sure to bring measurements with you to the store!
Their clothing hangers are superior to all others. I have been in the process of replacing all the hangers in my home with theirs for a while now (I always manage to find a forgotten one every now and then).
A new discovery for me recently was the wonderful selection of cute office products! They have so many bright, happy and practical items to brighten up your workspace, or to have on hand for co-worker birthdays.
This store is well-laid out and has helpful staff! And ample parking in a lot across from the main entrance.

I had a terrible experience here. Trying to find somebody to help me was almost impossible. I ended up going up to the counter and asking someone where a product was and she pointed and said it’s over somewhere in that section. That’s probably the least helpful thing ever. You go to this type of store for someone who help you and or specific products. Next time I would definitely save myself the time and hassle and go to target.

well they do have containers but they cannot contain your pokemon cards as the store does not contain any pokemon cards container. oh well

This was the first time that I shopped at this location. Special thanks to Barbara for friendly assistance while looking for items and also for the extra hand packing the SUV. Lady at the register was also thorough and packed items well; don’t recall her name.
