Brandon was a huge help when I was trying to decide on which kitchen pull out drawers to get. The store had several kind helpers though out the store. Great service great helpers even helped with the loading into car.Thanks againLinda

Found what I was looking for. So glad a store was nearby. I had found something in the online store, but when I visited the store, I found a better product to purchase. There was lots of inventory to choose from.

this has been our go-to container store location but recently had a bad experience here with checkout lady "Miranda"i don't understand what her problem is, if it's just that she does not like her job, or has a problem with my gf in particular, but when my gf was checking out yesterday, Miranda apparently was very unhappy about it and in addition to making sure my gf knew she was upset, she also said multiple things to my gf that were unprofessional and uncalled fori don't know what the issue is with Miranda, but she needs to direct her hostilities somewhere other than at the customer.

Products are great but the cashier is rude, pushy, and adds on some rude if you did not first take notice the first time.Script:Cashier "Do you have a number with us?"Me "No I do not and I am not interested in signing up"Cashier "But if you sign up you can get 10% off..."Me "No thank you"Cashier "If you give us your email and phone number you will be able to return things, if you don't you will need to bring the receipt"Me "I am not interested for any purpose, and I would like to check out please"Cashier "That's weird, Don't you like email coupons or something?"Need I say more??? I will avoid this location and I will take my business elsewhere.

The Container Store in Southlake offers excellent service with a helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a modern and organized ambiance that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. A must-visit for anyone looking to organize their home or workspace!

We've been shopping at this Container Store for many years now, and the service and selection is always great.While you can probably beat their prices on some of the plastic containers and small items by shopping at Walmart or Amazon, I'd recommend the Container Store for shelving and closet organizer build projects, as they have trained staff with design software and the expertise to help you buy the right pieces the first time.

I love how organized the store is, how freindly and helpful they all are. They have lots of different ideas to create you space. My one complaint is they used to have more rolling kitchen islands and just so much more of a variety. It a lot of the same things. But it is a nice store.

They have everything you need and things you didn't know you needed. Check pricing against Amazon. The associate walking to the store offering assistance and the checkout associate were very helpful and friendly. Parking was busy but the store was not.

Pro first... great products, and a lot to choose from. Today I picked up a chair that I bought online to pick up outside of the store. It was a heavy item and I was by myself when I picked it up. I followed the prompts in the email, gave a description of my vehicle, parked in the designated pick up location, then waited 15 minutes or maybe a little longer. I had the trunk of my car open to make it easier for the employee to load, but no employee showed up. I went in to the store and went up to the register. Sorry ladies, you got the brunt of my frustration... They said they'd been waiting for me and thought I'd parked out front! (The place to pick up online orders is on the side of the store - not at the front. The front parking lot is in a main driveway (literally named Main Street) and it's hard to get in and out of the area, let alone pick up an order there.) I took the basket from the employee and walked out of the store and loaded the very heavy item myself. I took the basket back into the store and when I was leaving an employee thanked me for bringing back the basket. I didn't respond or look at her, so she chirped, "Have a nice day!" Obviously, I wasn't having a nice day and the employee needs to read her customer better. I recognized the employee because while I sat in the designated buy online pick up location, she pulled up to the closest entrance (on the side), unloaded some things from her car, parked her car, then went in to the store. She looked over in the direction of the special parking area, but I guess she didn't do any more than that. Once I got home, I remembered that I had nearly the same experience the last time I bought online at this location. 1 star off because everything in the store is very overpriced, but 2 stars off because the service is bad! If the item I purchased hadn't been on sale, I would have returned it right then. Which reminds me... I was in the store over the weekend and looked closely at the item. There was a sign in the store that said 'Almost Everything On Sale', which is vague. Just put the sale price on the items that are on sale! Some items had a sale ad, but some did not. I thought the item was not on sale, or I would have purchased it then. I checked the website later and saw it was, so I went ahead and purchased. If I could have purchased the same item somewhere else, I would have. Oh so frustrating!!
