“Had two very good recent experiences at the colleyville location. Dealer quoted me $460 for front brakes on our Infiniti and Brakes Plus price for their lifetime pads was just ~$200 which includes resurfacing the rotors. They did it in a timely fashion and there was no upsell.
They also help me diagnose a tricky error code on my Cadillac srx and solved the issue for me.”
“Traveling to do some training for work and found a nail in a tire at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Stopped in at store 4464 and they were on it. Very professional, friendly and fast. I work on cars for my job too and we should all be as professional as this. Couldnt imagine anyone getting bad service or having a bag experience with the team that took care of my family. “I don't even know how to properly express how amazing this team is!
I was without air conditioning for 5 weeks and slowly dying any time I had to drive my car. There was another mechanic that I was trying to work with, but their prices were fluctuating all over the place and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. On a whim of desperation one afternoon I scheduled with Driver's Edge and they got me in the next day, they were straight forward with their answers and their prices, and they fixed my car in a day and a half!
They basically saved me from being slowly killed by the heat and I highly recommend them!”

Blaggs went above and beyond when they discovered a serious issue with my lug nuts—another shop had installed the wrong ones, which caused my studs to break and posed a significant safety risk. They didn't just stop at finding the problem; they carefully checked all my tires to ensure there were no further issues.
When they called to explain, I didn’t quite understand the situation, so Paul invited me to speak directly with the technician, who walked me through everything in detail. On top of that, they provided a thorough write-up of the issue for me to take back to the shop that initially installed the wrong lug nuts, so the remaining studs could be checked and replaced if needed.
Blaggs' dedication and care for their customers truly stand out. The original shop even covered my invoice with Blaggs, acknowledging their mistake. I will never go anywhere else—these guys are top-notch and genuinely care about their customers’ safety.”

“I recently was recommended to drop off my problematic 2018 Expedition, by a service advisor at the Richland Hills location, due to 3 months backlog. I was pleasantly surprised that the Lewisville location was able to diagnose and repair my overheating issue within a week. They even delivered my vehicle back to me in North Fort Worth, saving me a couple hours of driving. Unfortunately, they brought it back to me with a check engine light. I diagnosed it myself and determined that in the rush to get it out the door, they forgot to hook up a PCV hose which threw a code in the attached picture. I texted this information to my service advisor and never received a response.
Update: Sean, the manager over the service department at this facility called to understand the situation and to make it right. Sean is reimbursing previous expenses for a misdiagnosed overheating issue and assured me that the quality control would be drastically improved at his service center, as well as the level of communication between customer and service managers. I believe Sean will do the right thing and in good faith, I am raising this review from 2 stars to 4.”
“I've been having trouble with my car for awhile now with the same issue and gone to shop to shop and no resolution to get the issue fixed. Shane and his team were able to resolve the issue the first time around and fix the problem. “Came down to Lake Dallas buy a camper and discovered it needed all new tires. Called Porter’s and they had a huge stock of exactly what we needed. Came in and they put on 6 new tires and a spare within about an hour and greased the axel bearings as well. Great service and we were happy to find them on short notice before our 4 hour drive home!”

“Went here for an oil change and state inspection. Jesse helped out and was very informative and patient. I was very impressed by the service and customer service. I did not feel rushed or feel like he was trying to add more services to make more money. I was given a full report of parts on my vehicle that had photos to show me the current condition and when they may need changed. I was given a quote on how much it’d be and I feel it’s a good heads up on things to watch out for. I was really impressed, and as a female it’s hard to know when you're being pressured into getting a service or if it’s actually needed. “I purchased 4 tires and scheduled an appointment. The clerk took my keys and said it would take an hour. I went to shop and bought perishables based on having my car complete. When i arrived an hour later they said it would take a half hour then another. When i was told the car was ready apparently the manager was frustrated. When i went to my car this what i saw. It was obvious they didn’t take any precautions to keep my car clean. Truly disappointed!”
