I’ve shopped here a few times, and it’s always been a great experience. Recently, a friend and I stopped by because we both needed new undergarments, and I returned after loving the ones I received as gifts. The underwear is incredibly comfortable and designed to fit men of all sizes.
The staff truly makes the difference—they’re fun, helpful, and create an atmosphere where shopping for underwear feels easy and relaxed. Shoutout to Kevin, Megan, and the team for being awesome! They even offered me whiskey or champagne, which added a nice touch to the experience.
I highly recommend visiting in person—the in-store experience is much better than shopping online.

Kevin and all the employees at Tommy John were amazing! They helped me in every way possible from the time I walked into the store until I walked out. They recommended the best under garments I have ever worn. Also, as they promised, if it didn't fit, I was able to exchange. There is no other pajama/under garment store like Tommy John! Customer service was outstanding!

Kevin and team are absolutely amazing!! My wife and I shopped with him last weekend in store and then again tonight via FaceTime. He made the experience so enjoyable and easy. We love Tommy John and the store is amazing, clean, and very well organized. When Kevin called us tonight he had already selected new styles for us that we loved. We highly recommended Kevin and his amazing team!!!

Tommy John in Southlake is beyond a 5 star experience. Expert customer care, exceptional product and an amazing team! I went in today and was able to work alongside Zi and Kevin and had the best time. I got a big bag full of goodies and I can’t wait to wear them; especially the Not So Cropped Top. They told me some new product is coming around the corner and I can’t wait time back for me and for holiday gifts. How lucky I am to have been able to work with such knowledgeable, caring and charismatic staff. Thank you, Tommy John Southlake for an excellent shopping experience.

Ziann P, the assistant store manager is amazing! I honestly shop there because she is so easy to work with, attentive, and supporting. As someone that struggles with shopping anxiety, I’m so grateful for how easy and accessible she makes it. The day she leaves will likely be the last time I shop at Tommy John’s, just because she has built such a relationship with me. She has it feeling like a Neiman Marcus, with all the details she remembers about my husband and I’s likes and sizes. I also call ahead to see if she’s there, because I would rather work with someone I trust. The other employees are great too, but I’m just so thankful for Ziann! The store is also great about when I have to stop by with children.
