“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”
“I had them look at my Jeep on 08/06/2024 because a different mechanic told me there were issues with my engine and the only solution was to buy expensive replacement parts. But, when Jeremy called, he said they drove and inspected it and didn't find find anything wrong. I'm not a mechanic, so it would have been easy for him to tell me I needed unnecessary work so they could make money off me, but they were honest instead. I offered to pay for their time, and he even refused that. Their website says they believe in honesty, integrity, and professionalism and they proved that to me.”

“Good service and really quick! They said they were going to be here in 15 minutes but did not even take 10 minutes, price is on the higher end ($120 for 4 miles) from where the car was at to the destination but I do get they have to charge a minimum but you get what you pay for!”

“From the time they took the call until the young man arrived was about 30 minutes. He checked all the possibilities and diagnosed the situation and its cars within 10 minutes. He came with a huge truck to pull my car on top of a flatbed, better than a tow and I was very grateful that we were able to arrive at the problem before taking it anywhere.”

I called them after discovering an issue with my trucks rear differential only two days before needing it for a cross country road trip. Mike spoke to me on the phone, talked through everything, and got rolling on ordering the part asap so it was ready to install next day.
His employees got right to work and had me back on the road the next day so I didn't have to delay my trip.
They were up front and honest about what they thought needed done, got it done, and were super cool to hang out with while waiting. Everyone there was awesome to meet and deal with and they saved my road trip I had been planning for months.
They were also incredibly knowledgeable.

“Honestly I had to give them 5 stars because it was my fault I forgot that you have to pay to park!!!! Which is ridiculous that is why I hate Dallas & Tarrant County!!! But overall the lady was friendly even though she was on her phone when I came to the window and did not notice me standing there which I thought was odd but she redirected and apologized. Speaking of the car I appreciated to see my car handles with care and when I came to the lot it wasn’t in far away land. Thanks for that but you guys will never ever ever get $300 out of me again that was my kids Christmas money I’m a single parent. I’ll take the L FOR THIS ONE. I will never ever ever visit anyone in those apts again and don’t recommend anyone to move there.”
