I cannot speak highly enough about Ubaldo and his team. They helped make an intimidating process less overwhelming by walking us through all the requirements and being extremely responsive to (and patient with!) all of our many questions. We are beyond grateful to them for helping us get our house!

Ubaldo and team have completed 5 loans for me so far. They are the best. Banks in general are challenging to work with but they made it so easy. Anytime we hit a hurdle they fought for me and they won, and we closed escrow again and again. I would use them again and I recommend them to my friends.
