The entire process was absolutely amazing!!! The customer service was top notch, everything was explained to us and we even signed up for the monthly service plan that covers all of our electrical items in our house. It was a no brainer.

Worked out great! The shop was able to order and install a new screen on a fast turnaround time, which is exactly what I needed! No extra fuss or hassle, and a reasonable price for the whole thing. Given the reputation of phone repair shops as shady, uBreakiFix was entirely professional!The one thing that made me nervous -- I came in on Saturday and was told that the new screen would arrive Tuesday. I never got any follow up to confirm that the new screen had been ordered, and when I called on Monday to check in, the person I spoke to wasn't able to find any record I had been in the store. It turned out okay, when I came in on Tuesday the screen had arrived as promised, but it made me a little nervous for a bit. If there had been slightly better communication/confirmation about the status of my order and if it had been easier to check in, then my experience would have been a complete 10/10 slam dunk out of the park customer experience. And like I said, the shop kept the promise of having the part in by Tuesday and my phone got fixed, so I am a happy customer!

1000000% crushed it. Insanely fast and absolutely reasonable price. Saved me hundreds vs buying a new phone. In and out in less than a hour. Looks great and cannot tell there was ever and issue. Hoping I do not need to but will return if ever needed.

Place tried to pack on a $29.99 cleaning fee when Verizon covers everything. Left went down the road to Flower Mound location they fixed my phone and no bogus cleaning fee. Beware of these scam artist

tl;dr: Watch out for the added $29 cleaning fee they deceptively add in without asking.Cannot give a review of their repair ability, but I can speak of their rather deceptive sales techniques. Short version: they will try to sneak in an additional charge for "cleaning" and make it seem a requirement.I came in with a Google approved repair. Google told me the repair was 100% covered. They, however, told me it would be $29. Why you ask? Because they included a cleaning. Well, I do not want a cleaning. I did not ask for a cleaning. And when I told the lady to remove it, she tried four more times to talk me into it. Telling me how mandatory it was, and there was lint in my phone speakers, etc. No. I do not want it. Stop.Further, the man before me had an even more difficult time getting her to stop. He had driven down from Oklahoma for this repair. Samsung, in the same vain, told him the repair would be covered. When he was discussing payment, just like with me, the lady said "and the price will be $29.""Whoa, why?" he asked?"Well, that is for the required cleaning.""Required Cleaning???""Yes, we add it in to give your phone a proper deep clean.""Well, Samsung told me the repair was fully covered. I do not want an additional cleaning."And she then proceeded for almost five minutes trying to talk this guy into getting it. Happy he shut it down. Honestly, I was getting frustrated for him.

Bimala was amazing at explaining the options and the process. I was a bit skeptical about the quality of replacement parts for my laptop but she did a thorough research and ensured that the repairs are made exactly as I was expecting.

If you go to the Ausurion in Southlake, beware of the lady that works there. She she speaks very poor English which she uses to her advantage because she is very deceptive and it intentional. She will tell you she is going to give you the members price for the item you need fixed. All she will say is "you can go in and cancel later"What she wont tell you is that she is signing you up for the membership that will autocharge your credit card 24.99 per month. She give no explanation of the membership or mention of price because she is trying to use her poor English skills to just get you signed up for the membership with out you questioning it.

Do not trust these guys with your phone. I am speaking about this location specifically. I have used Asurion several times in the past and was happy. I took my phone in for a regular screen crack to have it replaced. I had the insurance and I set an appointment. Should have been smooth and quick.. Upon arrival it took over 20 minutes to just drop off the phone, no one in front of me, it was all check-in. It was like they were loading everything into the computer - why make an appointment with all my details? And then came the sales pitch of upgrading for faster service "priority" that took another 10 minutes, but I took it as it got my phone back in an hour vs two. I came back and got my phone an hour later and same thing, typing and asking questions, and then more sales pitch - another 15 minutes to just give me my phone that was "ready to pick-up". What a waste of time.. I noticed later that day the touch screen wasn't quite right. It worked but the touches didn't always line up. My phone is my business so I couldn't just drop it back off right away, so I dealt with it until I could make time. A few weeks later I dropped it off again to replace the screen (again). They said no problem, no charge. 2 hours later "not a priority anymore" I pick up my phone and they said "sorry, the connector for the screen broke off. You have to call ATT to replace it. We put it all in the computer they know you are calling". Not happy but what am I going to do? I spend the next hour and a half with ATT and Asurion trying to explain that the place that fixed my phone broke my phone - there weren't any "notes on my account". 3 transfers, telling the whole story from start to finish over and over again... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. If THEY break your phone when you take it to them to fix it - they just give it back to you and tell you "sorry". Go to a different location

Giving this store a 5 star rating because they are super hospitable when it comes to service. It took them no time to diagnose the problem with my Samsung A32 and within a couple of hours my phone was fixed and running better than ever. Highly recommend anyone that needs service on their Samsung or iPhone to bring it to Asurion. Great service and excellent customer service!

Took my phone in for screen repair. Had to go back several times due to not being ready when they told me. Week later while on vacation the camera failed with moisture on the inside of the lenses. Never entered water or spilled on. Got back and refused to even try to fix the problem. Obviously not sealed after repair when under warranty, now have to pay to get replaced. Dishonost

Do not recommend this location. I needed my late fathers iPad repaired to give as a gift to my mother. I was quoted a fix time of 4-5 business days on 8/5. As of 8/22 I STILL don’t have the iPad.I have called several times and continuously got the run around as to why it has taken this long. Most times when I have called I’m told that “it’ll be in tomorrow” or “I don’t have the ability to help you” One time I called, a women said I have an iPad here and described an iPad that was not mine, clearly not even taking the time to look up my name in the system and trying to offer me someone else’s device. It was only when I spoke to the store lead, Jake, that I’ve gotten a sliver of help with confirmation that a part was ordered 8/9 and received 8/10 yet no repairs or updates had been done since then. Today, 8/22, Jake informed me that it’s “next up” to be fixed but no explanation for the 12 days of the iPad just sitting around the repair facility.Overall, I’m very disappointed at their customer service and communication. I will not be using this service again.

Wait time unacceptable- One person working alone up front. Super sweet lady though. Line is 6 people deep. Average transaction time per customer is 10-20 mins. Expect to wait a long time bc of the cumbersome check in check out process. Plan ahead and try to get there right when it opens.
