Response to owner: I want to clarify that my review had nothing to do with the $15 charge—it was about the way I was treated during the appointment. I mentioned during the service that you were being too rough, so to say I never said anything is simply not true.
Constructive criticism is important for any business that wants to grow and improve. Dismissing a customer’s honest feedback and accusing them of being upset over the price instead of acknowledging their experience shows a lack of professionalism. If a client shares that their service was uncomfortable, the right response is to listen, not to insult or deflect.
I hope this helps highlight the real issue: not the cost, but the customer service. Take the feedback as an opportunity to grow—not as an attack. Good businesses get better by listening.
I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and was charged $15, which I found to be overpriced for the service I received. The woman who did my brows acted as if helping me was a burden, and she was extremely rough throughout the process. I’ve never had someone press so hard on my face or rub it so aggressively during a waxing. I even had to ask her to be more gentle because it was painful.
After the appointment, my eyebrows were red, swollen, and looked uneven—as if they hadn’t been shaped at all. I came in with full, grown-out brows, hoping for a fresh start after a previous bad experience elsewhere, but unfortunately, I left feeling even more disappointed. It felt like she didn’t care about the quality of her work or about me as a client.
I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Taylor’s Unique Nail Spa is an absolute treat! The warm and professional owner, Taylor greets everyone by name and ensures your comfort. Her team is attentive, creative, and precise. From soothing massages to clean polish, every detail they add is worth it. They exceeded my expectations, suggesting and adjusting my original ideas with theirs. As a person who deals with sensitive skin and smell they made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that they would stop whenever I needed. At the end, I didn't have to stop at all. I am very happy with the results and will be coming back again.

I have been going to this salon with my wife and I think this place is a nice local area. I would definitely recommend coming here when you are in Southlake! The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. They took care of me well every time I come in and my wife agrees too. I want to thank Taylor and her staff members for allowing us in and taking care of us!

Future self will not return to this Salon. Stated multiple times I had an appt at 3:20 PM and asked how long the service would take.
Got there at 2:45 PM and the individual said it would take 30 minutes. The service went extremely slow and was not good at all (gentle to nonexistent filing, 1 toe nail clipping, the scrub was not exfoliating at all, and another tech had to redo my cuticles). I complained twice about the service and got another individual to paint the polish.
It was 3:36 PM and the service was still not completed (I was able to reschedule my other apt to 3:40 PM). They stated I still had the massage, and I declined due to the amount of time I was already there.
Frustrating process and an incomplete poor service, they were still charging me full price.
The manager gave a $5.00 discount & $5.00 next service card…
Not worth the 50 mins, the young gentleman with glasses needs more training.

Best nail salon hands-down(and I am very, very picky)!!! They go above and beyond every single visit!!! They have been doing mine and my teenage daughters nails for four years now, and I will not go anywhere else!! I get my lashes and pedicures done here as well, and they are terrific! Nice clean salon, talented and friendly staff, and reasonable fair pricing!! What else can you ask for!?!? Definitely try this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional staff/nail technicians. Salon was very clean, and the massage chairs very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely get nails serviced from this salon again. I recommend this shop.

I scheduled my appointment for mani/pedi on same day and was pleased with the ease and transparency of their website listing services and fees. The location is convenient (near Old Navy in Southlake) and tidy inside. My favorite part of the services today was the quiet! TV’s are on with cooking shows but no loud distractions from the music so you can actually relax while having services. The technicians were so helpful with choosing the color similar to what I showed on my photo and I’m so happy with my results.

While my pedicure was WONDERFUL, my dipped nails did not come out anywhere near the photo I showed (see below). I wanted no color, just sparkles. My nails are a white/yellow. They seem to be turning more yellow as time goes on. I will have to paint over them for an event this weekend.

If you want a number 1 nail salon, you need to check this place out! My family has been going here for several years now. They treat you like royalty and take care of every need. Pricing is very competitive and they serve you wine, margaritas, mamosas, etc! They speak English so no tranlative issues. Give them a try! Ask for Taylor and tell her Renny told you about them!!
