Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.

Went to UNTUCKit after a friend recommended and had a horrible experience.. the customer service was probably the worst I’ve experienced in any clothing store. I walk in and no one greets me or asks if I need help finding something while I’m browsing in this small store. I then noticed all of the sizes were small, medium and large! No 2X sizes. When I approached one of the employees about trying on a shirt in my size I was told they had no inventory and I would have to order a shirt just to try it on… after several failed attempts of trying to find something that can fit me I gave up on this brand and will not be back.

I've been coming to this store since, having bought online previously, it opened. The service, no matter who is working is always excellent. I will call out Winston today as a standout beyond the usual amazing service. Super friendly. Super knowledgeable! Just a great experience.Their products are top notch. They have tall slim shirts which are great for people like me. And they stand behind their products.A little pricey for some, but the quality, fit, style, and service is easily worth it. The cheaper stuff just doesn't hold up or fit like these clothes.

Great location! Located in a vibrant shopping center with a great selection of current styles; the manager is helpful and they will ship shirts to you if they are out of a style in store.

Extremely disappointed in the service at this store. The boy employee this Saturday evening was very disrespectful ,and made unnecessary remarks to my size fitting the clothes. Enough so to the point that I would rather not purchase from the store.
