It is almost as if we work for them. Rude and condescending must be the customer service training manual title. Are they paid based on how unhelpful they can be? As if we work for them and are doing them a favor? Last I checked, we pay their wages. Based on every experience we have had, we should save the tax payers money and shut the entire thing. Private industries are far better. I guess when there is no incentive to perform, this is what you get. It is consistent with a bloated bankrupt federal government. Do better!

I came to this location to get a passport. I had an appointment, I got there on time and I had to wait a little bit. But the manager and the person helping me with my appointment apologized for the wait. They were super kind and nice. I came to my appointment with my son and they were very kind to him, they made sure he was also happy.Even though I had to wait, the customer service provided by these two people specifically changed my experience and made it better. Also this location is so clean and surprisingly big. I found parking right away and didn’t have to walk much.

I have been here for passport services, money orders, and general postal needs and I have always had the best experience. They are so friendly, always help you find the best way to send something, work so well under pressure when there may be a line out the door, and are always pleasant. I give Southlake post office 5 stars every time!

The bald guy with the earring that works here is always rude and very unhelpful. Why is it that every post office has that one rude clerk?

I will give 5 stars to The Rachel she is very helpful employee and she helps me with my family passport process, just one thing with customer service you need to wait your appointment time to start your application process even if no one in line that does not make sense , so they need to process any application in line and don’t wait someone he don’t show in his appointment

They never answer their phone. Also, they delivered a package to the wrong house and still have yet to retrieve it. it's been nearly a week and it's impossible to tell if I'll ever get the package.

Avg wait time in line is 30 mins. Kiosks is down generally. And people working here are above 60 years.

Leaving a 5-star review to combat the negative ones. Especially after one of the employees (I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she was great) kindly and patiently explained one of the notifications. She acknowledged that the system isn’t as detailed as they’d like but reassured me that my package going to my friend would arrive tonight!
