Piss poor customer service. The person who was supposed to help me wanted nothing to do with me and just wanted to get me out of the door. For someone who spends $350 month on service I am shocked you would employ someone with such bad customer service

Be patient and care will be shown. A very busy store, and each customer requires an investment of quality time to ensure a satisfying experience. Make sure you have the time to receive the qualitative attention they give.

Dennis English, Manager of this location did an excellent job in converting my old iPhone 8 Plus to a newer iPhone 14. Dennis was patient, cordial and extremely customer friendly toward my wife and I. This conversion with software upgrades took over an hour which Dennis handled for us the entire time. I would highly recommend this Verizon store with Dennis English at the helm.

Terrible place. Don't even bother . Zero customer service !I think they don't get paid much and that reflects how they treat their over 10 year plus customer. Too bad . It's your LOST !!!!

The rep told us that we can get a free watch with our new phone upgrade. I asked him what the difference was from our current watch to the new watch upgrade and he said the new one will have the oxygen monitor. When we received the watches to our surprise they were the SE, which is an actual downgrade from our current watches. We would have never upgraded if we weren’t misled. Came back to resolve the issue and we stood in the lobby for almost an hour without being offered a seat. They argued with us and are charging us a restocking fee! Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Don’t do business with Brian or Angelica! Very argumentative and disrespectful! If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away! Go to the Verizon in Grapevine.

Terrible customer service! We will never go back to this store. They don't have product knowledge and won't even offer you a seat. Verizon needs to train their employees better, and teach them customer service. We went to the Verizon in Grapevine, and had a much better experience.

Super unprofessional and lack of customer service. We were misled on which version of the Apple Watch we we’re getting as part of a promotion. Instead of admitting that they made a mistake, the associate and manager stood there (in the lobby because we were never offered a seat in an empty store) and argued about how they never said that. We were then forced to pay a restocking fee because we opened the box to a watch without checking if it was the right watch first. We’ll be switching all 10 of our lines to AT&T.

I have only good things to say about this Verizon location, thanks to the manager Dennis. I have never had a Verizon employee be so helpful and knowledgeable. From the start he eased my worries about international charges and was able to change my plan according to my needs as well as suggest other things that would help. When I had questions he took his time answering and making sure I understood. I will now only come to Dennis for my cellphone needs and recommended this location to anyone. Dennis, thank you sir!

I Went to Verizon Wireless store in Southlake on June 19 around 1:30 to get an upgraded phone for my son. The store employee was trying to upsell me with an apple watch and all kinds of different items -- which is fine (I guess). Later that afternoon I was getting all kinds of emails from Verizon about new services. Upon inspection, these new "services" were named Device Protect and Home protect. They had been added to my account without my knowledge. Both plans together were priced at an additional $75/month. I promptly cancelled -- but buyer beware. I have been with Verizon for over 15 years and have never had this happen -- seems like some unethical business practices going on at this store...
