I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.

5 Stars for service - which is likely the point for Google reviews vs. brand reviews. Brand is also fabulous but they DO like a pretty penny for their items... and dang it, I still pay it. ha!
I give props to short, brown hair gal (hair is short, not her), who greeted me kindly and wasn't too overbearing. But when I selected some items, she was quite accommodating, kind, and encouraging... but in a way that didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me. I appreciate that as that's unusual! Good experience here and paid $250 for a sweater and then bought a few more items... gosh, I'm a sucker for great clothes! :)

A bittersweet time at this store today, never happen before. But today, there were 2 guys attending the store, they don’t even look at us or say nothing… but 2 minutes later a lady enter the store, they saluted her so graciously, grabbed 3 things and paid, and one of the guys said: you did a great selection , and the other offer her a bottle of water… mean while us were searching for another pair of sandals for my son, and they did not offer us any help… and when we paid they did not offer us water … 😒😒😒 what’s the difference between that lady and us?? They have a job because we also buy at that store! So disappointed!!!

Not a great experience at the South lake location. We came in for exchanging an item, the store employee (girl) didn't even acknowledge us, when my son 3yr old needed to use the restroom, she mentioned that there was no restroom in the store and we needed to walk back to the Starbucks store to use the restroom.

Terrible! All around terrible! You go into to the store, pay $30 extra for over night shipping, and 3 days later you have to call to follow up and they say "oh seems like we're out of stock, not sure why they didn't inform you" This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! To top all that off, they sent me the wrong size order at first. So took me 2 weeks to order a pair of swim shorts and I still don't have anything. Ridiculous

Nasty employee! They have no empathy. My husband had an emergency and had to use the washroom. They were so rude when we were told they don’t have a washroom and we could walk the one block to Starbucks to use it. I can understand if their restrooms are for employees only but there is something to be said for the lack of human decency. Tesla next door was kind enough to let us use their restroom.

Like other reviewers, I too had negative interactions with the older woman with blonde hair. This was on two separate shopping trips. She has no business working in a customer service role. She does not know how to interact with people. She’s rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I think she is the manager.
