Went to get a flu shot at 4:40 PM on a Tuesday. No one was waiting as I was the only person in the area. Behind the counter were 4 people working including the pharmacist. There was one person outside at the drive through. Two people inside told me someone would be with me in a moment. I stood there waiting until 4:58 & walked out as no one had ever acknowledged me.

The Wallgreens in Southlake on 1709 is the worst. Moving any prescriptions immediately.

I buy a couple diffetent prescriptions here and have several discount cards on file. I typically pay $45 for my monthly prescription, but they always try charging me more. Its not until I tell them to check which discount they used the month before that they get me the right price. Today I went to pickup a prescription that I don't get regularly. They said it was $106! I asked how much I payed previously and they said $12, but that discount card had expired. They couldn't even tell me which card that was. I took the prescription and looked on GoodRX when I got home. Walgreens was 4-10x as much as every other pharmacy in the area. I called to return it but was told I couldn't after it left the store. I WILL NOT shop at any Walgreens ever again! Look below for proof!

Call to get a prescription refill. Get put on hold with a message saying there's 3 callers ahead of you. Wait 10 minutes, now 2. 10 more minutes, now 1. 10 more minutes, and the message says "someone will be with your shortly". Wait another 10 minutes, and the system abruptly hangs up on you. Now repeat this process 2 more times and begin to seethe with indescribable rage. This is the experience you get at this location. (To be fair, everyone there does seem to be very friendly once you get ahold of someone. It's just getting to the point where you can speak to them in the first place that's the big problem)

The pharmacy at this location is one of the worst I have ever dealt with

Consistently poor service at the pharmacy, slow, incompetent, and inconvenient hours to boot.

I'd recommend this pharmacy any time. They are extremely helpful and treat my family as family members, with care and concern for our health & well-being. The pharmacist will stop and explain anything we ask and make sure we understand new medications with which we are unfamiliar. I appreciate the high level of service and kindness offered by everyone behind the counter.

Drive thru pick was awful. I was first in line, watched pharmacy worker check out current customer, no one else in line inside. Then watch new person walk up , she waited on them, ignored drive thru again, then another person, then another person. Why is there a drive thru? She did not acknowledge anything, it would have been helpful to just get an acknowledgement, or hey I will assist you soon. very unprofessional. Recommend customer service training "Cindy" . Then Tornado sirens started going off after a very long wait!

I work in healthcare in a position where I deal directly with pharmacies daily and have for years. This is by far the very worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The worst part is the pharmacy manager she is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. I contacted her on behalf of a patient because I choose to be their advocate. Not only was I on hold for almost an hour on two different phone lines before I actually got someone on the phone and when I calmly explained that to her she proceed to raise her voice and tell me how things were going to be and how busy they have been. She also refused to give me info for management stating that she did not have to give me that info. I could go on and on, her lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I honestly feel really. Ad for the customers. There is constant issues with this location, well just the pharmacy manager and I have nothing good or positive at all to say about the pharmacy or more importantly the manager but the over all store fortunately, is a different story. I had the pleasure of speaking with the assistant manager Elizabeth and she was so kind and extremely professional. I must say that after our conversation I was extremely impressed. She was more than willing to listen and get me in contact with the correct people to rectify the situation.

Reading some of the negative reviews, I’ve never experienced some of the issues. They’ve always been responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. Crowded at times? Sure - but - what pharmacy isn’t. Knowledgable? Absolutely. This is my pharmacy and don’t plan on changing any time soon.

By far the worst pharmacy to deal with, take your scripts elsewhere. Pharmacy manager is extremely unprofessional, and down right rude to customers as well as staff. It's mind blowing that people have so many issues with the pharmacy manager so she calls herself and nothing is done about it.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this pharmacy but honestly we have used them for 18 years and have always had great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are busy at times but it is always manageable.

The worse place ever..I waited over 3 hours for my prescription and they tell me they could not locate my insurance. All they could say was they are so sorry. I have not used Walgreens in years. And this is why. The one in Southlake is horrible. Avoid the location.
