I've been using this Walgreen since 2007 for same 2 medications. But...in last 2 weeks I was in person, calling to get status on a refill from 3 weeks prior. In person, I spoke with a very unhappy female assistant in, and a male tech on different day.. After that I called automated # to get status, and then connected to that rude/condescending attitude male tech twice. This is not the first time i received this treatment from him, I usually let it go. Today the 2nd time i called, the same tech told me that they received the refill but don't have the medication anymore, and he could locate from different location like in Fort Worth. Seriously, he couldn't tell me this yesterday? Or earlier this morning? This is to top it off, my provider office said they sent it 3 times in 1.5 week.? So infuriating!! Yes, i will have to go somewhere else, and so thankful for Costco. Sorry Edwin (Pharmacist), I will miss seeing you!** Also, there is something wrong with the automated notification as well. It actually notified me that medication was ready to be picked up twice and provider is still working on it after they received refills, but the tech said that information is wrong, i shouldn't trust it. ??♀️??♀️

The pharmacy crew at this location is absolutely phenomenal. From patience, knowledge, and willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you need! I'd recommend anyone going there for services! Everyone is super professional.

We have been using Walgreens for over 20 years - the Southlake location for 8 years. I had the worst experience today, The level of incompetence and lack of empathy was astounding. Coming from a family of physicians, we will never use this location again and advise everyone we know to steer clear as well.

I went to pharmacy to get a prescription and also asked for another medication which is over shelf one . And both the pharmacist and her assistant kept telling me it is over ther but the end of his heart eland . I keep telling them I can’t find it . They keep telling me the same answer no one offered to step a few steps to show me where it is .Very bad experience

Went to get a flu shot at 4:40 PM on a Tuesday. No one was waiting as I was the only person in the area. Behind the counter were 4 people working including the pharmacist. There was one person outside at the drive through. Two people inside told me someone would be with me in a moment. I stood there waiting until 4:58 & walked out as no one had ever acknowledged me.

I buy a couple diffetent prescriptions here and have several discount cards on file. I typically pay $45 for my monthly prescription, but they always try charging me more. Its not until I tell them to check which discount they used the month before that they get me the right price. Today I went to pickup a prescription that I don't get regularly. They said it was $106! I asked how much I payed previously and they said $12, but that discount card had expired. They couldn't even tell me which card that was. I took the prescription and looked on GoodRX when I got home. Walgreens was 4-10x as much as every other pharmacy in the area. I called to return it but was told I couldn't after it left the store. I WILL NOT shop at any Walgreens ever again! Look below for proof!

Call to get a prescription refill. Get put on hold with a message saying there's 3 callers ahead of you. Wait 10 minutes, now 2. 10 more minutes, now 1. 10 more minutes, and the message says "someone will be with your shortly". Wait another 10 minutes, and the system abruptly hangs up on you. Now repeat this process 2 more times and begin to seethe with indescribable rage. This is the experience you get at this location. (To be fair, everyone there does seem to be very friendly once you get ahold of someone. It's just getting to the point where you can speak to them in the first place that's the big problem)

I see a lot of bad reviews for this pharmacy but honestly we have used them for 18 years and have always had great service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are busy at times but it is always manageable.

There's a pharmacy on every corner in this town, find a different one to go to. Not only are the waits ridiculous, the staff is lazy and incompetent. I do not trust them and when it comes to your medication that is a REALLY big deal. I dropped off our script. They said it'd be in Friday. Didn't receive a call so I called them, they told me our prescription wasn't covered and to go back to our doctor. Called the insurance co. not only is it covered, but they never even checked on it.

I'm not sure what takes so long or if they need more workers but plan on at least 30 minutes even if you're the only car in the drive-through pharmacy. Going inside doesn't make it go any faster either.

Every single time I have gone there, I spend about 20 minutes in The drive-through line. They greet me quite quickly (once I've waited between five and 10 minutes) but then it takes them 5 or 6 minutes to come over to me and then 10 or 15 minutes to process the order. The app is always down and I am now just run in and still have to wait because two people are helping one person all the time.

Just waited 45 minutes for a vaccination that should've taken 5, don't waste your time at the pharmacy they are ALWAYS slow.
