Weir's does not stand behind their furniture. We bought two recliners. We bought the extra warranty. When we had problems they asked for images. Said our problem wasn't covered. They refused to even contact the warranty company. Then one recliner broke. They said I could bring it in. It weighs 75#. I'm that old! They said they'd pick it up. That was $100 to pick it up and bring it back, each way. Buy anywhere else. Not Weir's.

We very much enjoyed our shopping experience at Weir's. We had purchased some items years ago from Dallas location so, of course, it was one of our first places to look this time around. The sales floor is low pressure and offers some of the nicer furniture manufacturers. After looking at a few stores, we returned and purchased a new sectional sofa. We have been very pleased. Purchase process was easy, delivery was quick and the delivery guys did a great job setting it up where we wanted it. Thanks, Weir's.

From the Sales personnel, Brian Purkat to Delivery team, Greg G & CC, the customer service was excellent!! Brian assisted us in finding right recliner to fit mom’s needs. Personable & professional.Greg was prompt in calling 30 min before delivery per instructions. Greg & CC were respectful and cautious when bringing in the recliner. Greg also had excellent customer service skills, great social interaction, making sure mom was satisfied & asked if she had any questions before he left.

Great service, the new chairs bring new life to our family dining. Our sales representative, Brian Purkat was very helpful and Greg G. and his associate C. C.did an excellent job in delivery - courteous, cautious as to not bump anything in moving them in and setting them in and place.

Great quality of furniture. Outstanding sales people. We have been using Vickie Shires since we moved here in 2012. She has helped us furnish 3 homes as well as furnishings for our childrens homes. She always has a smile on her face and is always there to help us find the perfect furniture for our needs. Vickie goes above and beyond with her great customer service!

If you’re looking for a full service from start to finish furniture experience with professional advice and knowledgeable recommendations , Weirs is the place and Kathy Pates is your sales person. She stayed until way past closing to accommodate us and was very helping in selecting our custom upholstered bed.

Wonderful experience at Weir’s Furniture. My sales representative Jeff Davis is phenomenal. He has been on top of every purchase and is such a pleasure to work with. He stays right on top of any items I’m considering for my home and keeps me updated on inventory so that I can determine if I need to make a quick decision. He really goes above and beyond to offer great service to his customers. I’m so pleased with my current purchases and can’t thank him enough for all of his time and effort that he puts into each sale. I look forward to working with him on future needs for my home.

I am giving one star because I cannot give less than that. I have been a customer of Weirs for 30+ years and will never buy a thing from them again. We bought a mattress, and it was sagging over 2 inches. We called, they came out, they told us it was defective and sent a new one. We get the Second one, and In 3 months time we had the same thing happen. We wanted to be done with it, they insisted it was our bed that was the issue, sent people out multiple times and sent a 3rd one after saying they verified everything should be fine. 3rd one comes and it does the same thing (this was a Beautyrest). Then then tell us it is not defective and it’s a comfort issue. We asked for our money back, and after talking with the COO, they decide to only give us a store credit. It has been the most frustrating experience we’ve ever had with any company, and it’s unfortunate they don’t want to handle things the right way. We would have taken our full refund on the first defective one but they convinced us it was a one off.

We have been customers for many years and recently purchased new living room furniture from Weirs. I had a very pleasant experience with the salesman and discovered my decorator also used him in the past and liked him very much. I ordered my sectional sofa and a custom chair. I received a call that the furniture had come in and scheduled the delivery. My husband greeted the delivery guy and the first words out of his mouth were that he would move three pieces of furniture in exchange for three pieces. There was not a greeting other than this so you could clearly see he wasn't in good spirits. We said that was perfect because we had two chairs and a sofa we needed moved to the garage. The delivery guy then recanted his statement and said he would not move the sofa. His explanation did not make sense so I said I'd like to call the store. He said he'd call his boss instead. My husband spoke with the boss who agreed three pieces for three was their policy so he asked the delivery guy to move the sofa as their policy stated. This created an even more angry energy from the delivery guy who then said some things to us that were not very nice. It made us extremely uncomfortable so after he left our property, we had a customer satisfaction call from Weirs. We reported the unacceptable behavior and requested that this person not return to deliver the custom chair. Fortunately the chair was delivered by a different person without any problems. It was just disappointing that this man made us so uncomfortable over something that should have been a pleasant experience, and we never heard a word back from Weirs regarding the incident. We are very aware it's hard to find a good employee.This particular employee made it clear he had worked for Weirs 17 years and we were not their only customers. Wow! I love my new furniture, but wish the delivery experience had been pleasant.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from this store throughout the years and have been hesitant to write a review because I have mixed thoughts about them. I absolutely love the customer service in the store but heir delivery service is a complete different story. Customer service goes a long way and their delivery crew could really use some training. Typically the older crew is who always seems to have issues. I highly advise you make your own delivery arrangements.

I had the best experience here after searching for sofas for months! The day we went they were having an anniversary celebration, and our children were offered cake and balloons... they were thrilled. All of the associates were so kind to the kids, and truly doted on them while we shopped. I found a beautiful Bernhardt sofa, and a chair that are high quality. The people at pickup were so kind and professional, and thanked me for shopping in their store. The delivery crew was also very professional and kind, and joked around with my kids.
