I went to get a quick item notarized as a VIP customer. When I went inside, I asked a lady who was at a desk not doing anything where the sign in sheet was, as it was gone. She said I needed to go check in at a teller window. I noticed there was one person already waiting. I waited in line a couple minutes to see a teller to get on the list, and when I spoke to the teller they said I needed to wait behind the current customer waiting (fine) for the same lady that was sitting at her desk not doing anything that I had spoken to. While telling me this, the woman I was supposed to see then got up and went to the back to do something else. I’ll just go pay to get it notarized at UPS Store.

Horrible experience. Plenty of staff standing around being micromanaged by the lady who refused to receive a good chunk of cash from selling my house. Ali was about to help me out with my deposit but the lady from the back told him to stop helping me as she hid behind the computer screen. It should not be this difficult to make a deposit. It should not be this difficult to set up an appt. I wanted to open up a checking on top of the deposit but guess what? That didn’t happen either. I wish the team on duty 13 June 2023 during the 1500-1600 window demonstrated better empathy, kindness, and consideration. I do not feel comfortable returning. Suggestion: team building exercises and better communication instruction would better the skill of this team. Some one please look into this. Lastly, I just took my money over to chase and they received it with no issues. Chase is my go to until Wells Fargo acts like they want business.-Jacob

Terrible customer service. Rupesh Nepal did not respond to emails. My father passed away and I am not a wells fargo customer so trying to close his accounts was a horrible experience. If you have a loved one with an account to settle at wells fargo after their death, prepare to be tormented with providing documentation multiple times. They will not even give you time of day if you don't have an account with them. The "life events" department who I contacted when my daddy passed, to let them know regarding his mortgage. Their response was "what makes you think you can just sell his house?" I was in tears. These people have no compassion or dignity. I was asked many times if I was a customer, I told them Never! I'm glad I bank at Chase.

Finally Wells Fargo has an ATM after what seems like over four months without one… Crazy! Then the reliability of having cash on a monthly basis is always questionable. I’ve been a member for 30 years… I am seriously reconsidering my banking options. You’d think the standards of service in Southlake would be obvious.

I received a large inheritance and went into the Southlake branch to open an account. I arrived at 2:10 and stood there for 15 minutes with nobody helping me. They were overwhelmed with the drive thru! I told the teller my need and she said “ok, just sit down maybe someone is still here”. What? It’s 2:25 on a Friday. I waited for one full hour in that chair. No one came to help me, so I started walking back to the offices. First to the left, NO ONE WAS THERE. Now to the right, saw the vault was open, interesting, and one person was being helped in an office, kept walking, only one man was in the last office so I knocked and asked for help. He said “I’m very busy doing something else, you must make an appointment!” Now it’s 330, so I went online to make an appointment. Guess what? There are no appointments available until next Thursday. Maybe this branch only sees one person per day. Wells Fargo just missed out on a HUGE account. I went to a different bank, arrived at 4:00 and opened an account, placed a large check in and was out the door at 440. If you are so understaffed, then close your doors. You are not helping anyone.

This place is so slow. ATM is broken. Inside girl is soooooo slow and not it a hurry to move the line at all. It's bad when I leave line after ten minutes to go down road and pay another bank to pull my money out of Wells Fatgo. Garbage. Went across street to Frost took one minute

I've been w/ this partiicular branch for 4 years & have never had a problem until yesterday, & it was a MAJOR PROBLEM! For 4 yrs I've cashed & deposited my paycheck twice a month. Yesterday I did the same thing only to find out they're HOLDING my paycheck until June 9th saying funds were not available in my employer's acct....I work fir a dentist w/ a VERY lucrative practice! I called him, he checked his acct, already KNOWING the funds were available. Neither of us understood WHY there was a hold & the bank said nothing can be done about it & that funds will be available June 9th. So now he's going to put a stop payment on it & write me a new check that I'm going to cash at HIS bank then deposit it in my acct & once my auto drafts come out im changing banks! This is frustrating & absolutely ridiculous!!!!

What a great experience! Shaista Khanmohammed who is the small business banker was tremendously helpful in setting up a new business account for us. We are busy professionals and showed up at 4:45pm and she was supper accommodating and even stayed late to help us! We have many accounts with Wells Fargo and have been super pleased with the service at this branch particularly. I would getting in contact with Shaista for any small business needs!

Terrible customer service. If it weren’t for a time pressing matter, I would have walked out and taken my banking elsewhere. They were “all really busy” with 1 person in the location and “have I tried their schedule an appointment app”. I needed to make a large wire and do it timely. I told them I really needed to get it done today. They said “well, we might not be able to do it today, however you can take our next available appointment.” A banker came out of his office, they are standing right in front of me negotiating back and forward about who has time to help me. One of them finally relented after the other said, well, I’m busy, however I’m trying to drive everyone to the app”. Clearly a corporate agenda. Customer service first, then guide customers to using app in these difficult times. Don’t not help just to prove a process.I’m not a dog, I don’t need training, and you have my money that you should be bending over backwards to service for me. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, because they did ultimately get it done.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years. Personal Banker - Rupesh Nepal - Was Amazing. I had tried unsuccessfully to open a second account online for 7 days, each day I called and each day after 1 to 2 hours they said "oh we have this problem, we are missing this or that, then I would send it in, then they would assure me that the account would be open tomorrow." Unfortunately tomorrow never came, even though someone opened a case on what happened and assured us the account would be opened the next day. They are still sending me emails that I cannot open and requesting missing information that I sent in several times. BUT Rupesh Came To The Rescue!!! In ONE hour we had the account opened, all our information was updated in the Wells Fargo profile with our new address etc. We were so upset with the online experience that we were actually trying to switch to a new bank when we met Rupesh and out trust was restored in the Wells Fargo experience. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

I went in to do an IRA Rollover from a 401k. I thought I could just deposit the checks there; apparently I can't, but that's okay. Two different people here had no idea how to deposit the checks, so they called a third person in the "back office" to ask them how. I need to fill out paper work. So they print the paper work and give me envelopes. Seems like pretty good customer service so far. I overnighted the checks to the address on the paper work, because I'm leaving the country soon and wanted to get this taken care of.
