I have never written a negative review in my life. I always think there is already enough negativity in our world but I can't let this experience pass me up. I went to the Southlake store ( where I purchased my items) to see what their return policy is with out a receipt. The items I purchased were glass containers with snap on lids. The lids on both of them broke. The plastic sides just snapped on them. I only used them twice so obviously they are made poorly.I was told by Nikki that I could not return them if I did not have the receipt.{ They also still sell the product as it was on their shelves.} I only bought them in November or December. I then asked her, do y'all not stand by your products and she said "How do I not know if you bought it a garage sale broken and are trying to return it?" Wow! I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I will definitely not step foot in this store ever again. It's worth the drive to go to Dallas to Crate and Barrel. Maybe your company should do a training session with your employees.

My wife and I love coming here for high quality kitchen essentials. Nicki was very helpful today and the store is laid out well for someone to browse even if they didn't come in looking for a particular item. We own a ton of stuff from here (and from online purchases) - it's well worth it to spring for quality items that will last a long time.

Thanks Madison for holding our item or did you actually? Drove an hour to get to you all to find out that they did not have it nor did she put aside like she said she would. Kudos! Employee of the month for sure!

Nice place to shop for baking supplies. The customer service was good.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband bought me an Anova Pro sous vide for Mothers Day. I used once and unfortunately the second time I used it after turning it on it tripped a breaker. I reset everything and it would no longer turn on. I brought it to the store and did not have a receipt but told me if I had my husbands actual card they could bring up the receipt. I returned today with the cc and informed oh I got miss information they can't do anything after 30 days and to contact Anova directly (though even last week it was 37 days) so asked why I had to drive 30 min round trip to get bad information again. I was then told they could not print me another receipt even though they were looking at it. 1 girl finally went beyond and could figure out how to print a receipt so I can actually file a claim with my warranty. I will NEVER purchase from William-Sonoma again and especially not this Southlake store.

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have shopped at this store for several years. I think the merchandise is of high quality and it has many unique kitchen and cooking items. However, I'm always treated like chopped liver; ignored while the salespeople talk to one another and any other customer that walks through the door. It's not just once, but every time. It's time to move on...

“ horrible customer service”Went in to spend 600 dollars on the Bartesian. Women working there told me all the employees bought them all and then showed me a coffee maker. Also returned something damaged and the very rude person did the “ I know you did this rbf look at me.” People working here need to get over themselves and learn 1) how to treat people and 2) what the products are. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. You all need to realize you are not special.

Worst place to shop. I ordered a dining table and chairs in October 2022. It supposed to arrive in November. They delayed my order till February 2023. When i asked for my refund i have to be on phone for 2 hours every other week. Till now i am fighting with them to send me cashier check as i made my payment as a cash. But they are sending me merchandise card to spend all my money in to their store.

I have been visiting this store since the day it opened. Based on my past experience, I anticipate finding friendly, helpful and kind associates at this retail establishment. Isn't that the WS way of treating its customers? Well, not today! I am not sure what has gone down at this location, but I suggest that WS conduct a "secret shopper" experience to reveal the most unhelpful and rude people working there. I am sure they would find it disgusting and not a reflection of who they want to be as a company. They were not helpful at all and downright rude to say the least. ugh. I will not be back! Very disappointing!

This is the class act store for kitchen things. We wanted a new frying pan, and the sales lady, Laura was exceptional. She made sense out of the many options, and I will ask for her each time I go in.

4 out of the 5 times I’ve gone in this store the staff is not helpful, and can be rude, the only person that’s been a real gentleman was a man that was working there these past few weeks.

My husband had a terrible experience with the sales staff. The problem is there is no customer service. They will ignore customers, play on their phone or talk to each other while customers are standing in line to check out or overlook the customer waiting to checkout and help someone just walking up to the counter. While finally having to ask to check out they are surprised you want to pay for merchandise.

If you enter and look like you make less than 6 figures, prepare to have a worker push your wife out of the way to go help some wealthy Southlakians buy an egregiously overpriced cookware set. Happened to us yesterday, what a great time!

I came to shop two days in a row and both times I received OUTSTANDING customer service. Jim helped me the first day with what I found to be an overwhelming selection of All Clad and other appliances. He was so fun to work with and very knowledgeable and patient. I returned the next day and Almu was also fantastic.I’ve shopped at various WS stores in various states and this location in Southlake is top notch for customer service.
