“I was given the wrong ZIP code for an important document that I mailed. The envelope had 76264 as the ZIP, which is Sadler, TX. Addressee, Cara Hackney, On Demand Realty, 1500 N. Main Street, #100, Fort Worth, TX 76164. I had a return address label on the envelope. Please search and return the letter to me. It would have ended up in Sadler, TX, 76264. I will remail it with the correct ZIP Code. Thank you.”

“You have all been so amazing! Everytime we consider moving away from this area we joke about if you all could relocate with us! By far the most kind and caring postal employees we have ever dealt with!”

“I don't know why I go to the Denison post office when this one is closer? I do like the 1940s architecture, while the Pottsboro building is modern. The clerk at the front desk was very nice, and helped me mail a package to the UK. He gave me all the shipping prices, and we determined which one would be the best one. The post office and the parking lot are clean.”
