Ken, the property manager, was very helpful in assisting me in informing the Salvation Army truck where to find my storage unit. He was very friendly and willing to help out wherever he could. He made sure everything went well. I had met him when I was on a previous trip to my storage unit and he was very willing to help out if I had any problems.
I appreciated Ken’s help very much!!!
