Called to receive price on a repair. Was given a reasonable price so we scheduled an appointment. When we picked up the car the price had almost tripled. They performed a service we didn’t authorize and we were never contacted to approve that service. Dealership had previously mentioned that service was not mandatory at the time. When confronted about the lack of authorization we were met with no response except someone would call us to discuss. Over a week later still no contact regarding this issue. We used to swear by this place before the ownership change. Will not be returning or recommending.

This place is pretty busy. I was prepared to sit there all day if necessary to get a flat fixed since it wouldn't have lasted to the next nearest place.Luckily they took pity on me and fit me in in between jobs.Very polite and professional. And I have a 3" souvenir of what ended up in my tire.Thank you!

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of my service. I had to have the fan that cools the hybrid battery in my Prius cleaned out. I was expecting to pay at least 1.5 times what it cost me. They were able to get me in and out in less than half a day which is less time than I was expecting. In fact, my rent car cost more than the service! I'll be back soon since I need to have the ABS module replaced. Thanks for the great service!Service: General repairs & maintenance
