“This store went the extra mile for me and I am blown away.

I bought a few pallets of concrete mix from them and they delivered for free and as I was unloading them, I realized that there were not just one or two, but over a handful of bags broken. I gave them a call and they told me to send them an email with some photos.

The day I sent the photos, they got a driver to bring me exactly the amount of bags that I told them were broken. They told me when they would be delivered via email and didn’t even need to call me. They picked up their old pallets and brought me the new cement and even used a tarp to make sure they didn’t get damp and put rocks over it to make sure it wouldn’t blow. What great guys! “I needed some very thin steel that no other company kept in stock or was even willing to order in for me. I called this place and talked with Rhonda (I hope the spelling is correct) who informed me that they did not carry what I wanted, but that she could get it here in a couple days. She did a great job answering my questions and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price! She is also very nice to talk with.My only complaint is with the disorganization out in the shop when it came time for me to pick my metal up, even though they had plenty of heads-up before I came by. The employees were very friendly, though.All in all I was very happy with my experience and I will be buying steel there again!”
