It started off like this, I was going home driving on hwy 71 towards Austin, when I made a stop at the stop light, I heard this rattling under the hood. We pulled over and noticed fluid leaking, turned out to be the coolant. I Google searched for a mechanic near me and gave a few options. I made one call and no answer. I called Innovative Motor Works and spoke with Ruben. I gave him the story, he was in the area and would stop by and look at what happened. He showed up and found the problem. He told me what to do in order to get to his shop. It was a wild 12 minute drive for me.
Needless to say, Ruben and his team were absolutely helpful and willing to help me get back on the road. His facility is great and made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting.

Ruben and his team are extraordinary! The first time I took my 335i to get a much needed tune up done. I've been back a few times and they never disappoint. Ruben is so nice and always answers my questions thoroughly. Work and customer service is above and beyond. Not to mention affordable prices on European cars compared to other shops!! Will only be bringing my car to Ruben and his team!
Ask him about his two beautiful M3's that have some lovely upgrades :)

Reuben is by hands down the best car mechanic especially on BMW's.
I just had camber plates and wheel studs installed on my 2021 BMW M4 and I couldn't be happier. I really like his knowledge and expertise and craftsmanship. His shop is state of the art. All my cars will be serviced there from now on. Great shop try it out, highly recommended!

Ruben checked out a left rear suspension noise on my Infiniti after doing a test drive to hear the issue himself. Didn't find anything that needed repair and he wouldn't take payment for it. He also noticed that a recently installed front strut (by another shop) was leaking oil. Excellent service and great customer interface.Service: Steering & suspension repair
