The owner/manager is a bad person smiling to you as a customer and treating the employees like slaves. I personally seen him how he looks down to his workers. As soon as I saw that I turned around and left to never come back.

I purchased my Toro zero-turn mower from Agroland a few years ago, and I take it there for service. I have always had the best experience dealing with Cesar, including my recent visit in March 2024. I have also serviced my Polaris Ranger there a couple of times. Cesar is very knowledgeable.

Have taken all my equipment and UTV here for repairs and tune-ups over the lasts for 4 years. I have received professional service with excellent turn-around times. I know they will be honest brokers about what service is needed and what is not. I trust these folks to do a great job and they never disappoint!

Read all the reviews before going to this place and I'm not sure why it got negative reviews all the equipment in this place is brand new and top-notch equipment.The owner was extremely friendly with me and very informative. I highly recommend any landscaper to stop by and take a look.

The manager Cesar was very rude felt like if I wasn’t spending thousands he didn’t wanna help he just told me to go buy from home depot and walked away from me mid conversation to help someone look for a tractor. If you wanna give your money to people that don’t care and don’t wanna help then this is the place for you!!!

Cesar, Laura, & the team at Agroland are just wonderful to work with! They always anticipate my business needs from priming my fuel in the spring time and sharpening blades to outright delivering business critical equipment during covid when everything was near impossible to come by! The Spicewood/Bee Cave area didn't have equipment available locally until they planted their store roots here and we as a community and local business owners are SO greatful for their services and availability. I guess I can't say enough about how dedicated they are to their customers and meeting their needs! I keep doing business with them because they always treat me and my family with respect when we walk through the door and provide us with high quality service & the right equipment. Thank you Agroland!!!

Did business with the owner a few years back and the experience was very bad with him. Very rude and inconsiderate of your needs. I thought I would give them another try. Went thru 2 sprayers and 4 trips trying to get something that worked. After second try I just asked for my money back which they did, but what an awful experience doing business with someone that is so rude. Nothing has changed here.

I came to buy wire for a machine that was purchased at this location by a friend. The owner Cesar from the start had an attitude and was completely rude the entire time. I do not recommend coming here to buy anything. You will not be treated with respect and this was coming from the owner. That was the first and last time I will over go here. Don’t waste your time or money on Agroland, you will be leaving aggravated.

We purchased a new K9 Kioti 2400 at Agroland on Hwy 71 on 5/2/23. Two days later, the owner of Agroland, Cesar and his mechanic delivered the machine to our residence. The machine was filthy and the fuel tank was empty. I noticed that there was no owner's manual in the glove box as promised by Cesar and that the windshield washer/wiper did not work. We paid extra for the windshield that was installed at Agroland. I noticed that the mechanic had screwed a screw through the new wiring harness that he had just installed and obviously did not test the operation of the washer/wiper before delivery. For the next month we waited for the machine to be repaired which was to replace the screws that were left out during Agroland's assembly of the machine and one panel that they had ruined. When the machine was delivered here the next day, the starter would not do anything. I loaded the machine and took it back to Agroland and Cesar. A couple of days later he calls and says for me to pick up my machine. Cesar promised that they would fix the problems and when the wiring harness came in he would let me know. Meanwhile, the machine would not start again due to the starter not getting power. I found the problem and ordered the part and replaced it myself at my cost rather than deal with these people. Cesar will not respond to my messages and I still do not have the wiring harness that they damaged. The problem is that these people are in the wrong business and I am giving warning to everyone, "Do not do business with these people."

I own a ranch in Spicewood and have been doing business with Laura and Cesar for the last nine years! Purchased different equipment over the years and have my repairs done at Agroland! They are excellent to work with! They keep all my equipment working! Thank you!
