Shuttles were very slow…Ended up hopping in an Uber to get there from lot, because of the long line, and then hitching a ride to get back to the shuttle lot on Bee Cave Road after the concert. Because so many cars were leaving the event, the shuttles cannot carry-on so I ended up walking down to the road in the dust. A good Samaritan stopped to give us a ride to the shuttle are 2 1/2 miles away from the event and bee Cave Road. I had a very Sick feeling that we weren’t going to get to the lot, and be forced to walk the 2.5 miles, after standing for 10 hours at Reunion. I think the number of people that were there was fine could’ve been maybe 2000 less but was able to get into most events and enjoy the free beverages Didn’t get home till 1:30 AM with a 1/2 hour ride from shuttle lot.

A great music festival, good food and refreshments, excellent music, fun crowd. But getting in and out is brutal, long delays, long walk to rv park.

Great venue. Parking a little pricey, but ticket prices were good.

This place has serious organization issues. Lucktoberfest was rescheduled from a ten day event to a three day on the same weekend as another local music festival. They charge $25 (!!!) to park in an open field in the middle of nowhere WITH A HALF HOUR LINE TO PARK. I can park in downtown Austin an walk to a venue in 15 min for less than that. We missed the start of our act. There were three food trucks for a crowd of thousands which seems particular problematic for how much people were drinking and how far they were going to need to drive home. A bunch of portapotties were zip tied off despite lines so patrons were breaking the ties themselves. Just no guys, I really hope you can get your act together. Feels like a huge dangerous cash grab. Never ever again.

We love this venue. It is on a hill top in Spicewood on Willie Nelson's ranch, Luck Ranch.Such a great experience. If you haven't see live music here, you need to buy a ticket, any ticket....because it's all about the experience and the ambience.Well organized. Pay the $40 for ranch parking, Well worth the convenience. Take a date, they will never forget it. ❤️We saw The Flaming Lips.

Purchase tickets for a first time concert for the ranch for an event called Lucktoberfest in August. Received following emails telling me how many days left before the show.My husband and I submitted eight weeks in advance to have the days off of work. We drove to the property only to be turned away telling us there was no event that day.To say the least we were very angry, as we drove eight hours and took the days off of work, reserved an Airbnb to stay overnight and spent the money for the tickets and $25 for parking. I contacted the vendor who sold the tickets and they said they canceled just weeks before. I never received an email or any prior notification. They did tell me I was one of the guest that had not responded to their confirmation. However no refund or phone call was issued. Worst customer service ever. Willie Nelson would be ashamed of the service running his event.

It’s a cute place, and worth it to go at least once. My advice: don’t pay more for the VIP tickets (general admission is a better view and half the price), and definitely don’t pay for the “dinner” beforehand. The “dinner” was a “family style” event where they passed around exactly one platter of food in each section, and didn’t ensure that everyone had food or enough food ( we weren’t even given water). And you had to serve yourself at the raw bar and for drinks. I thought they forgot about dessert, but it was sitting on a table, and they never notified us it was ready. Skip the dinner and VIP tickets, spend it at a nice restaurant. The only advantage of the VIP tickets is more air conditioned porta potties.
