I have bought multiple Alfa Romeo Giulia parts from these guys including a Madness Lusso exhaust and a rear lip spoiler. I recently contacted them again for my lip spoiler because the finish was going bad. Chad went above and beyond to help me out and now I am awaiting to get a brand new one from them. I have always had a great experience working with these guys and I will keep coming back to them for all my Giulia needs. They know how to keep their customers happy! Chad is an asset to the Madness team.

Bought a half dome cover for an Abarth 595 from their 500 madness store and had it shipped overseas. It arrived visually different from the photos (no sila concepts logo, which I could live without) and one of the elastic tether hooks that holds it to the car was freyed to the point there it was about to snap when I they the cover on the car.
Emailed them about the issues and nothing. It's been about 8 days.
Quite disappointed frankly

Ordering was easy but had to call for the 5% vet discount. When they are producing and shipping the parts, I’d give them 5 stars but anything they sell as a pass through reseller not so much. No updates or incorrect updates. A month and one items still not shipped the other finally getting shipped today. ? Updated after several contacts attempts went unanswered and after several days they finally shipped my last item. Turns out it was shipped by them and not drop shipped.

Terrible experience with them terrible customer service as well. Honestly they’re pretty overpriced as well and this isn’t a shop worth going to and their website is even worse. I had problems with the shipping company and contacted customer service they were rude and uptight about the situations that was out of my hands and I told them I don’t want the product anymore because of how they treated me. They said too bad it’s non refundable and basically screwed me over. If you wanna get ripped off and treated poorly go for this company other then that stay away.

I live in Indiana. And I really never have confidence on buying on line! But Chad came through on the problem I had that wasn’t his fault! Chad went above and beyond to make sure I got what I paid for! I would recommend doing business with him on anything! He’s a man of his word!!!

Horrible customer service!! I bought a jeep renegade upgrade audio system took it to a professional installer and it was the wrong connector and was rude on the phone calling me bro and giving me around about! Just lesson learn not to deal with this type of service and it didn’t say nothing about non returnable items took them 2 days and a email to say that only thing i wanted was my 420 dollars i spent not telling me to sale it on eBay bro!! That’s so annoying and offensive saying bro and I’m not a bro ?!!! I advise you please don’t do business with these people!!! Very racist to me calling me bro unprofessional!!! Just disappointed they should a least send me the right connector!!!

Will charge you for parts then call to raise the price, even when the parts are still showing at the original price on their site. The operations manager has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced.

I generally do not write reviews but, I purchased 3 items from madness, before the order shipped out I called to cancel one of the items which customer service said it was not an issue at all. They shipped it out anyways. Upon arrival of the 3 items, I was going to return the one I cancelled free of charge, but one of the other items in the order came defective. They are refusing to return the defective item and wave their restocking fee and have still not sent me a shipping label for the one part that was supposed to be cancelled. The carbon products I ordered thru madness at a premium price expecting top notch parts appear to be the quality of Alibaba or eBay that sells for much cheaper. After this customer service experience where they do not return emails for 5+ days, and say they will call back and never do, I will never be ordering thru madness again.
PS they have recognized that the part is defective as well and said they would send me another set of mirror caps, but after it taking 2.5 weeks for customer service to finally say that these mirror caps were not up to their standards. I don't want to have another set sent out and it be the same ordeal over mirror caps.
