Beware for international buyers! This company ship with Fedex, even if you ask to ship USPS! You'll get your package without any fees, then a month later, you'll receive a bill from Fedex for taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, etc... This bill will be expensive! For me, I bought a 120$ air filter, and the bill was 75$! You might want to find the part locally or from another seller that will ship it the way you want.Also, P/N on the air filter box was erased...so hoping it was the correct P/N I got!

I have purchased many items from this place. They have a great selection. They are lacking in customer service skills at times though. Called them to let them know that a part I ordered was not 100% as pictured on the website. The response was, well we've sold a lot of those items, so get over it. That was essentially the way I took their response. They need to be able to take constructive criticism better. They are not the only stores around that sell auto parts. I'd rather pay more for better customer service.

Took over two months for delivery, gave a bogus ETA over the phone to keep the order from cancelling, Shipped USPS first class after two months wait. Not recommended.

I ordered a pair of H11 and high beam LEDs for my 2017 124. Upon arrival, I didn't really look at the box right away. I commute for work a lot, and don't have a lot of time to work on my car because of this. When I had time to install the lights, I realized that the box for my H11's was opened and a bulb was missing. Madness was understandably closed because of the weekend, so I sent an email to them.I received a call today (Monday morning) from Jeremy. He asked me a few questions about the packaging, and immediately said he would rectify the situation. I received an additional call no more than 3 minutes later explaining that they were sending me a replacement with no cost to me.Customer service like this is unparalleled, and something you don't in today's day and age. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a company. They've absolutely secured my business for the entirety of the time that I own this vehicle.

I’ve never visited their location in person, but i’ve been on their website a ton, they carry so many accessories for renegades, from factory hitch kits, side steps, rock sliders and side steps, rear light bar/bumper guards, all different types of colored door handles and tail light covers, top light mounts for circle lights, there’s so much! There’s a lot of other places for lift options and other types of accessories but this site has tons of stuff that you can’t find anywhere else! Great company if you’re looking for some specific renegade add ons you can’t find from other sites, and the factory hitch set up is way more affordable on here with everything you need to make it easy to do!

Purchased a Go pedal from this company. worked good for a while until it threw a check engine code because it destroyed my gas pedal sensors which was a $300 replacement. I went ahead to send it back for a refund and they had the audacity to tell me they “sent the wrong item” THEN had me pay the return shipping on top of them wrecking my gas pedal. Ridiculous, they should be responsible for sending me the wrong go pedal that wasn’t designed for my car, but they didn’t care

On December 29, 2022, I ordered a Sun Shade/ Reflector - Ultimate Reflector from Madness Autoworks which I received on or about January 8, 2023. The bulk size and fitment were not satisfactory, so I immediately initiated a request for return. Mr. Dominguez, Operations Manager responded immediately requesting a pic of the fitment issue, which I sent, and said he would contact the manufacturer. This was the last time I heard from him. I followed with an email on January 17-still no response. It’s apparent that many folks have experienced quality products and service from Madness Autoworks, but so far I am not among them.
