Took my fiancés and my own smart car down there and they had everything I needed. They even had a part available that I couldn’t find anywhere else! The pictures in this review is what I bought from them after they were installed! 10/10 will come back.

I ordered a pair of H11 and high beam LEDs for my 2017 124. Upon arrival, I didn't really look at the box right away. I commute for work a lot, and don't have a lot of time to work on my car because of this. When I had time to install the lights, I realized that the box for my H11's was opened and a bulb was missing. Madness was understandably closed because of the weekend, so I sent an email to them. I received a call today (Monday morning) from Jeremy. He asked me a few questions about the packaging, and immediately said he would rectify the situation. I received an additional call no more than 3 minutes later explaining that they were sending me a replacement with no cost to me. Customer service like this is unparalleled, and something you don't in today's day and age. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a company. They've absolutely secured my business for the entirety of the time that I own this vehicle.

I called to talk to the California location because they indicated if you we’re buying 3 items or more you could get a discount on shipping. The guy said no problem, and sent me a link to pay. The only problem was that the shipping charge was $6.00 more. Really? Maybe I am too used to a lot of places shipping for free these days. If you don’t want to offer discounts on shipping, don’t advertise that you will online.04/30/23, I had planned on buying more from these guys, but after this 1 experience purchasing from them I kind of doubt I will. One third of the order was not fulfilled. Of the other two items, one had some welding splatter that needed to be fixed. They had not ground it down, and it would be in contact with the car that would have caused undue wear with the contact point on the car. I contacted them, they wanted a picture which I provided. No subsequent contact, so I guess I am on my own. Deducting two more stars due to the cancellation of part of my order, the non response for a defective item, and for the attitude from their representative.NOPE ? ?

On December 29, 2022, I ordered a Sun Shade/ Reflector - Ultimate Reflector from Madness Autoworks which I received on or about January 8, 2023. The bulk size and fitment were not satisfactory, so I immediately initiated a request for return. Mr. Dominguez, Operations Manager responded immediately requesting a pic of the fitment issue, which I sent, and said he would contact the manufacturer. This was the last time I heard from him. I followed with an email on January 17-still no response. It's apparent that many folks have experienced quality products and service from Madness Autoworks, but so far I am not among them.

Despite calling ahead of my order to ensure the parts would fit my 500e, they didn't fit. The service manager said the parts would fit so I ordered them. Paid a hefty price for the parts and shipping through FedEx. Once the parts arrived we tried to install one side and discovered it didn't fit. We called back and talked to the service manager who told us to install both parts and tighten them down. It didn't work so he told us to return the parts. We did that and paid for return shipping. The returns department refused a refund saying the parts were lightly scratched from install. Finally I was given store credit. But the issue is none of the parts these people sell fit a 500e; so there's no way to use the store credit. Buyers beware.

I can't say enough good things about Madness. I deal with them for ALL of my parts for my Alfa Romeo and my 124 Spider. They are courteous, responsive, always willing to help, and their prices are great. Quality of their parts is outstanding. Even if you are mail ordering and haven't met them face-to-face, they will still treat you like family. Andy is the MAN and I specifically request to deal with him every time because he is that helpful. They care about their customers and treat your car as if it was their own. Can't recommend them enough. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about there guys - when it comes with getting parts for my Jeep Renegade. These guys also run a website called Renegade Ready. I've bought off both sites. Fast shipping, excellent parts. It's all helped make my little baby Jeep a little more grown up. It reminds me of my old Suzuki Sidekick years ago. Short wheelbase, and with a lift, bigger tires, skid plates - it does pretty offroad. Will never be a Wrangler Rubicon, but it also didn't cost me 50K. Thanks for specializing in parts for our Toaster Jeeps!

I took my Focus RS to them with a few ideas, looking for guidance. I was blown away with the knowledge this team had! They were honest, upfront and I couldn't have asked for better service start to finish. I'm super stoked with the finished product and am loving the power gains/added fun. Would recommend 100%! I bought a tonneau cover for my truck here and highly recommend using them. Their customer service was great and Andy was very good at finding the best fit for my needs. I will be using them in the future for more truck accessories.

We brought our two vehicles in to get the windows tinted. We first did our company Cargo Van. Then I took my BMW X 6 AM that everything turned out perfect. These guys are the best in town. The customer service is five stars all the way.

The Spicewood TX phone number on website is not in service anymore. Don't know if this place is open anymore? Wanted to take my car for service. I shouldn't have to wait till 9am Califorina time, AKA 11am Texas to talk to someone in California. Doesn't do me any good, I don't live in California!

I had a great experience with this company. I worked directly with Shawn from the sales team. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, high customer service level. I ordered a go pedal, ECM package for my Alfa Romeo Guilia and after installation... it's a new car. The throttle response, added HP/torque make it scary fast.
