Male worker agreed Uhaul cancels on clients all the time before a move. Booked 1.5 months ago. Move tomorrow. Horrible horrible setup. Why opt to reserve a spot online for certain days and give a truck out to someone else. And don’t call me buddy. Go back to Cali.

Had truck, booked for 24/7 mobile pickup. Was checked in and confirmed in the app. Arrived to find empty unlocked trucks with no keys. Closed store. Trucks not prepared for mobile pickup. Uhaul could do nothing to assist or provide alternative truck. Ruined our move/ scheduled house closing.

Great team at Spicewood hardware, they helped me find a few items in the Ace Hardware I needed then set me up for the UHual- we hooked up the 1st trailer and I asked to change to a different trailer with newer tires as I was traveling very far, they not only said ‘no problem’ they said that’s a great idea ! Let’s be sure you are comfortable ! He then rebooked the trailer up a 2nd time and made sure it all looked and sounded right !! Professional , friendly and just down right nice !

Steve was the best. Literally the best customer service I have had all year. He really helped me out with finding a trailer and fought for me when others were trying to steal the reservation from me. Thanks again!

Finally made it to Austin! Moving stinks but uhaul made it easier. I didn't plan correctly and had to drop off a day late. Stephanie extended 1 day to return and didn't bill me. Pretty nice.
