“Stayed one night in order to tour the resort and to consider joining the club. Have seen the resort from the lake for years, but had never seen the actual resort and amenities. We were blown away by the facilities (gorgeous and well-maintained) and the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Liked the fact that everyone greeted us and would even go back to open and hold the door for us when passing. Wish we had more time there. Will definitely be back to experience more. Highly recommend!”
“We stayed in the Juniper treehouse and really enjoyed our time. It is very adventurous vibe and exactly what I was hoping for when we booked the place. The bathrooms are a small walk away, but nothing major and as others mentioned they are well maintained. The pool was cool too. They do a great job here.
A few things people may want to know. It definitely is loud from the road noise at the juniper and willow. You’ll notice it’s not that far from Hwy 71. We were hearing cars and trucks all through the day and night. It’s not like honking and sirens loud, but you do hear the road noise pretty clearly. Also, if you are there when other people are staying in the neighboring treehouse it can be a little frustrating if they keep their lights on late at night as this glows right into the window. I took a picture, this was around 11 at night. I’m not sure how to combat this as they provide blinds and everyone is there to enjoy themselves, but I was hoping to feel a little more distanced from night lights being in nature. It was not a problem the first night when no one was in the neighboring treehouse. The staff is great though, anything we needed they were quick and helpful.
All in all a great trip and fun times. If you are looking for something super secluded, this probably wouldn’t be the best spot. I am unsure if the more expensive treehouses have the road noise and light issue.”
