  Fransisco was so helpful! I had only one working headlight and instead of trying to upsell me 3 he offered to change one and it managed to make the other 2 lights work! Plus, he changed it for me and had to pull out a million things to be able to get to it lol! Thank you Frensesco & O'Reilly that man needs a raise he has good customer service 👍!!!!

  Went in there today. Only 2 employees were in the front all other employees were in the back. Did not even attempt to assist us customers waited in Iine 30 mins only to leave frustrated from no one wanting to help. Were is management when needed.

  Useless I called couldn’t get anyone the phone 3 calls and an hour later someone picks up the guy was rude and couldn’t find the part when I called the day before and someone else could

  Friendly and eager to help. The prices advertised on the main sign outside are not honored at the register, though.

  Not so good experience this evening when we walked in and was completely ignored they four young men where more worried about their conversation then helping us . Then we asked for a part then pointed down an aisle didn't bother helping us to make sure we we're getting the the correct part. Needles to say I will not be going back to this location

  The store was clean well lit. The young man was helpful but seemed preoccupied by something else. In fact, another staff member checked me out because the 1st young man just disappeared into the back room without a word to me. Not the way, I was taught to do business.

  I was warned not to go here but I went anyways. When I walked in I said “good morning how are you?” And the dude literally looked at me like I was stupid. He treated me like I was a waste of his time. I asked for his help to look at my truck to make sure I was buying the right one and he said “unfortunately I can’t help because I am the only one working” while there was another employee standing right behind him and zero customers in the store. They even advertise that they help with windshield whippers and batteries. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Went 5 seconds up the road to Auto Zone. And was greeted with pleasantries and a smile. And a helping hand. All I wanted was ti make sure I was buying the right one and the guy at Auto Zone literally changed it for me. JUST SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO TO AUTO ZONE!
