The store was clean well lit. The young man was helpful but seemed preoccupied by something else. In fact, another staff member checked me out because the 1st young man just disappeared into the back room without a word to me. Not the way, I was taught to do business.

I was warned not to go here but I went anyways. When I walked in I said “good morning how are you?” And the dude literally looked at me like I was stupid. He treated me like I was a waste of his time. I asked for his help to look at my truck to make sure I was buying the right one and he said “unfortunately I can’t help because I am the only one working” while there was another employee standing right behind him and zero customers in the store. They even advertise that they help with windshield whippers and batteries. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Went 5 seconds up the road to Auto Zone. And was greeted with pleasantries and a smile. And a helping hand. All I wanted was ti make sure I was buying the right one and the guy at Auto Zone literally changed it for me. JUST SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO TO AUTO ZONE!

Update. I walked in there and every single employee lets the phone ring. Nobody answered it that day.

Never answer phones anytime of day or evening,commercial accounts same way,call several times and no answers!!!be great place of they could just answer phones

I received great help here from Jose, thank you buddy for going back behind the counter to look for what I needed. And then returning with said item. It was my first time here but a pleasant experience. He even helped me carry out to my car.

Came here to find a specific part I needed ASAP, over ordering it online and having to wait. They did NOT have what I needed, so I had to order it anyways. But they generally do have specific parts for many of our vehicles.

Went in today to have my battery/alternator tested and Hugo and the other employees went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend out! If someone higher up is reading this, Hugo deserves a raise and is an amazing employee to have on your team.

They have kids working there that don’t know anything about cars, they took my battery n hooked it up backwards so it would be bad when I went to pick it up the way I found out is I took the battery to auto zone n they put it on right n it came up showing that the positive was no longer positive but negative and the negative had now become the positive never go here
