Call center agents are rude, my first interaction with this company helped me make an immediate decision not to store there. I was told there are no on site managers but the reviews say otherwise.

The absolute worst. This place is run by greedy dirtbags. They raise the rate on all occupants after you have been there a couple months. They raise it a lot. Then after 6 more months, they will raise rates on you yet again. They know it is such a hassle to switch storage lockers so they can raise rates as much as they want. They also forced us to pay Indemnity Fee insurance, and then after a couple months they raised that Fee to double what we were originally quoted. This place is a scam. They sucker people in with low advertised fees. Stay away.

The efficiency from the people at customer service to be available resolve issues until late hours, and being able to have a personal interaction with us, the customers, not having to deal with a machine, plus they listen and answer to our concerns.Thank you so much, you are wonderful, totally good people and your prices are so fair to face our economy struggles, thanks so much!!

This facility is brand new, and the manager is quite helpful. They have climate control and standard mini storage units, plus parking and boat storage.
