Jen and Valerie are very efficient and welcoming. The storage facility is very clean. With Storage Defender, I feel my belongings will be safe.

The ladies in the office know what they are doing and really try to help out rates and such. The storage units are clean, well lit inside and outside and the property is safe and clean. I’ve been renting units for over 20 years and this is by far one of the better storage facilities.

Jen was extremely helpful and she did everything she could to find me the best discounted rate possible. Very easy to work with and friendly as well. Highly recommended as the facility is just as good as the staff.

I called yesterday about coming to see a unit today with my stuff after driving home from houston area driving 4 hours. Yet when I called and asked questions and mentioned me coming today to see the unit, at NO POINT did the employee ever bother to mention they were gonna close their office today to work remotely. So after 4 hours of driving I’m not able to see a unit to decide which size suited my needs. Not so great service on their part.
