5 stars across the board! Our treatment coordinator Gabby was especially awesome!! She was very thorough in explaining costs and options. We felt welcome & comfortable from the time we walked in the door until walking out. Highly recommend this orthodontist as our experience truly was “next level”.

The staff here at Next Level Ortho are always so professional and friendly (Emily and Gabby especially!) and they’ve recently added a fluffy pup to the welcoming committee there, ha! Taking my kid to the orthodontist doesn’t feel like a chore.
His process through braces has been very smooth. They’ve been great at teaching him how to care for his teeth with braces on, and minimized pain. The fees and process were always presented to me in a straightforward manner—no surprises. My oldest gets his braces off in a month, and I’m ready to bring my next kid in for a consultation!

Dr. Smith and his staff have been great since the first visit. They have been very helpful in consulting me on my ortho treatment. I have been a difficult patient due to braking a bracket or pulling a wire out, and the staff has been very accommodating in getting me into the clinic to fix my braces. Jadrian has been great in answering all my questions and taking good care of my ortho needs.

Dr. Smith and his team have been absolutely amazing from the start! At my sons initial consultation they were more thorough than the other orthodontists we had a consultation with. Dr. Smith took his time to make sure he explained everything, what the process would look like and options. We knew we were at the right place almost immediately and left with braces the same day! Making my son feel comfortable with his smile was and still is a top priority for Dr. Smith and his staff and in such a short amount of time we have seen such an improvement! I am so thankful we found Next Level Orthodontics and will continue to recommend! Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for going above and beyond in your quality and professionalism!
