Very friendly staff. Very nice store and expensive. They had my favorite sandals though. Yay! It really is a fabulous store if budget is no issue. I am sure they can work with any budget. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals. I prefer to pay extra to try on shoes in a nice store. Win win!
