Super slow. I just got released from the hospital and stopped at this CVS on my way home to pick up my prescriptions. I was told it might be an hour. I explained that I needed it for trouble breathing. It took 3.5 hours.

Been going here since they opened. I go a lot for things we need or just a snack. No problems. They text me when meds are ready. I go pick them up. They usually have anything I need inside and no lines. .Of course a little more $ than Walmart but I get coupons and almost always get 2 or 5 $ off. Always clean. Pretty friendly. I try not to use public bathrooms. Especially where sick people go.

Funny how gas stations can sell you a few aspirins, but go to a drug store and the minimum is a year's supply. Regardless, this CVS in humid Texas has a helpful staff.

For the second time in the last couple of months I was told that a prescription my insurance covers was not covered. The first time after calling my insurance company and doctor I was told they ran it on the wrong insurance (I haven't changed insurance in the last 3 years-- I have no idea whose insurance they tried to run it on). This week again I was told a prescription was no longer covered under my insurance. When I asked her to double check, I got a lecture that my insurance could drop coverage at any time by the clerk. When I told her I was sure it was covered, I was told I would have to pay full price, or get the generic at full price which was slightly cheaper. Again, I wasted an hour or so calling my insurance company and checking on the CVS website-- sure enough, my medication was covered. The only explanation I was given was that they tried to run the generic which wasn't covered. I gave the clerk the name brand and she pulled up my file so should have known what to run. I have had all of my regular prescriptions on regular refills and suddenly I am not getting refill notifications. When i asked about this I was told "CVS broke the system you will just have to keep track and call yourself we don't know when it will be fixed."Today I called to refill a prescription and was told that the refill request was wrong. The clerk checked with her manager and said she could run it, insurance was approving it. About 10 minutes later then I got a call from Rebecca saying I was asking her to do something illegal. Not at all true, and her tone of voice was nasty and argumentative from the time I said hello. Everyone makes mistakes and has off days but 2 horrific experiences in 1 week makes me wonder what is going on at this CVS. We have been customers here since they opened and always appreciated their knowledge and kindness over the years. With the new druggist and team that is no longer our experience at this CVS.I asked Rebecca for her district manager's name because of the multiple problems and Rebecca's incredibly rude tone and she refused to give it to me.

The most disgusting and filthy bathroom experience. Fecal matter everywhere!!! I am forever scarred for life!!! I wish I would have peed on a bush. Gross gross gross!!!!!

This is my go to store. The staff has helped me with multiple pictures printing needs. The pharmacy is wonderful always pleasant and helpful. M do are filled in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

These folks in the pharmacy always bend over backwards to accommodate my family's needs. Sometimes, that's a really big deal. They've won my loyalty.

It was hot inside on this humid day and the store felt dirty and crowded. I don't think it has even been here more than three years and it already looks rundown. The only positive was the ice cold fridge which made for some really cold beverages.
