Absolutely worst Pharmacy in town. They will send you on a wild goose chase telling you when to come back and will never be ready. The “Kid” that runs this place is a joke! Get a grip and do your Job!
Would have left a 0 star if I could save yourself the trouble of this clown show and go to HEB or somewhere down the street!

CVS always has representatives greeting us with a smile; and if I ever need help locating an item, I've had no problems. My last visit, the CVS older gentleman was very kind and patient, greeted me with a smile, and tried hard to have me use my coupons, though one had expired it was okay. I still was able to use my other savings. Great customer service last week at CVS

Alexis, the pharmacist, was super helpful in helping me pick out some over-the-counter support for my cold/congestion/allergies…
Not only did she come out from behind the counter to show me exactly what to get, she also gave me some great advice on drinking more water and hot tea to help break up the congestion.
Alexis, you are the best pharmacist I’ve ever met! Thank you.

The pharmacy automated system doesn’t always give you correct and complete information. If you need to speak to a live person, your only option is to leave a message for a call back which is never sooner than 20 minutes at best. The other day I was told my prescription was going to be ready after 1pm and I would be notified when it was filled. Instead apparently my doctor had left instructions to not make it available till the next day. I didn’t want to make another wasted trip so I called again to make sure it was ready even though they had a week since it was called in by my doctor and I was told it would be ready today after 3pm. I asked could they have it ready just an hour earlier and was rudely told that she said 3 pm period! Apparently when you complain about their automated system to the corporate office which I did yesterday, your level of service and customer courtesy just gets worse as punishment for complaining. Very disappointed long time customer!

Previous week shelf's were pretty empty. This week in was improved. They did discontinue an item that still showed on line they carried. Store is very clean.staff very nice.
Can be more expensive on somethings, even their brand, than other local store.

Absolute worst customer service in history your customer service Representatives called my wife's doctor and even lied. They said that I was verbally abusive and the only thing I did was complain about their poor customer service policy then they said I tried to become physically abusive which was an outright lie because we were in the Drive-Thru and my wife was sitting next to me. You can't become physically abusive to someone through bulletproof glass the only thing I did was complain. And your pharmacy called my wife's doctor and denied service. I'm going to give you the worst reviews I can everywhere I can on the internet and I'm also going to tell everyone I know to do the same. This happened at CVS in Bulverde Texas. You might want to handle this.

CVS Spring Branch has the worst customer service ever!! The person I spoke to had an attitude of acting like she was “doing me a favor” just to call me back.
CVS in general has the worst telephone system I have ever come across!!
It is almost impossible to speak with someone when needed!!!
NOT ALL QUESTIONS OR NEEDS CAN BE ANSWERED OR ADDRESSED BY ROBOTS!!
