Cragg's Do It Best Lumber & Home Center is a helpful and knowledgeable business. Staff like the manager, Cody, and associates Zach and Julian go out of their way to assist customers. They are good at finding the right equipment and parts, even if they don’t have them in stock, and will order what is needed. Customers appreciate the friendly service and the willingness of staff to help with building supplies, pipes, and tools. Overall, Cragg’s provides a better experience than some larger stores, with helpful employees and a focus on customer needs.
Went in looking for a capacitor for a well pump. They didnt have the right one however. The manager that was on duty was extremely knowledgable about what i was looking for. Home Depot and tractor supply's employees were completly lost.

Cody was fantastic! We thought we knew everything about Stihl chainsaws…but Cody not only helped us find the right one, he also trained us on how to properly start and run it in a way to avoid major problems and service issues.
