I came in for a coolant service/oil change and left pretty disappointed. The coolant reservoir was overfilled, which is something that should have been caught before sending me on my way. On top of that, there were oily handprints all over the plastic components in the engine bay, making it seem like basic care and cleanliness weren’t a priority during the service. I expect more attention to detail and professionalism when it comes to working under the hood. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet those expectations.

I will not go here again. I used to get my oil changed here all the time util about a year ago when they completed my oil change incorrectly and I ended up on the side of the road with my check engine light on because all of the oil had leaked out. I went back recently because I needed an oil change quickly and they charged me twice. I waited on hold with their customer service all day when they finally put me in touch with the GM and all he did was tell me I had to call customer service again. After another long wait on hold they told me it would be up to two weeks before I would get my money back.

I was in and out in 20mins from the time I pulled up and the time I left. I had an oil change and cabin filter replaced. Wonderful attitudes from the four gentlemen there! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

Called the day before I went and was told they didn't have an oil filter for my car. I asked if I could buy one and bring it and Zac said sure, and he would give me a discount. Went the next day and he had told the crew about me and they took good care of me. Sent me on the way in 10 minutes.

They accidentally put the wrong oil in my car. I requested premium oil but was given the basic option instead. They offered to correct it, but after already waiting 45 minutes, I chose not to. It also appeared that trainees were working on my car.

Excellent and friendly service by Alyssa, Taj and Adrian. They made sure my oil was good alongside with my tires, windshield wipers, coolant, and air filter. 100% would recommend getting your service here.
