Ive being having John cut my hair for 3-4 months now. I love his personality and how he adapted to how in need my haircut for the hot summer.. He has a way to make u feel like ur his only client even tho u know ur not.. Love him!!!

Called John after getting a horrible cut elsewhere and he worked me in with him within 30 mins . He gave me a great cut and i will be back soon for a trim!

Kristy was AMAZING I am so in love with my hair. She took the time to talk with me about exactly what I want. She made sure that our goals and expectations were on the same page and executed exactly what I had in mind. She gave me the best haircut of my entire life too. I cannot recommend Kristy enough she is THE BEST!!!

I had a positive experience in every way from the first phone call to an excellent haircut and the most miraculously helpful care “outside the box.”
For the first time in forever, John, my stylist, said why don’t we go with what YOUR hair is like instead of a picture of someone else. He used the pictures to create a style that worked for my hair and showed me how to make it work with a diffuser and “wired” Styling lotion. It was exactly what I wanted, Only I didn’t know how to describe it, but he figured it out from various pictures. I loved the scent of the purology shampoo he used on my hair as well.
Then, because my car was ailing, he went out to look at the car and one of the stylists, Tori, came out and looked too. Both of them had a lot of knowledge about cars. She called her father-in-law to come look at the car and he did. He worked with me at AutoZone to find some remedies and spent much of his afternoon doing that.
I’ve never been to a hair salon that treated new clients so much like Family, and I am so impressed with their above and beyond Care. I appreciate the help John, Tori (sp?) and her father-in-law gave me so much, and I love the haircut. While I was there, I witnessed a number of other clients leaving with outstanding haircuts. I highly recommend the salon.

Hair Tech Plus us now Young's Family Hair. I have been coming here for years and John has always done an outstanding job cutting my hair. John is now the new owner.

John has been cutting my hair for 20 years at multiple locations in multiple cities. Just so happens we found ourselves in the same city again! Great location great staff and great haircuts! My wife who used to drive back to Austin now goes here as well as my two twin boys. John is on the top of my list but this is a great location as well!

Tori is the most straight forward person, she has passion for what she does. My daughter n I trust her with our hair adventures. She just made my teen feel happy and confident with warm subtle highlights. Before and after pictures. We drove 45 minutes and will do it again.
