I rarely write reviews, but I will for this in hopes of saving other people the trouble. I truly cannot describe my entire experience within 1 review. I originally took my vehicle in Sept 2022 to Matt, with being told 1 week for repairs. It took 6 MONTHS to get my vehicle back, and communication was by force. When I did get my vehicle back it was still missing parts, and my window tint was damaged. I have now been waiting 8 months SINCE RECIEVING my car and still cannot get those parts or window tint repaired. MUCH LESS a call OR text back. I've been told Bruce was awesome, but he is no longer around..

Communication was by force! As a Senior woman I have never had such disrespect, customer service and workmanship! The guy gives NO RECEIPTS or Proof of repair.

Matthew took my vehicle right in. Gave me an estimate. Stuck with the estimate. Listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted for the price we discussed. Very pleased. No BS here. Had gone to another place prior to here. Had to make an appt a week in advance just to have them look. Couldn't leave the vehicle then was told they only do complete work not just what I wanted. They were going to go thru the entire vehicle and fix everything. It's a 2000 Ford Ranger. I just wanted the bumper fixed and the headlight replaced. They said I would have an estimate in my email that afternoon. I have never received it and my truck has been repaired and is now home because I went to Honey Creek instead. Thank you Matthew and Clayton. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done!!!Service: Body & Trim

Don’t be fooled by all the older reviews. Bruce hasn’t been around for years. Absolutely the worst customer service experience in my sixty years. Communication level stinks, terribly unprofessional. Not truthful about the status of parts. Promised completion in six weeks…took over three months. Complained he can’t get parts…I bought them at retail and took them to the shop myself. I would advise anyone to avoid this business.Services: Body & Trim

Car still isn’t done after several months and and phone calls. They only deal in cash ( First Red Flag) .. no communication with the customer as soon as they get the money. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

The guys at Honey Creek did a great job with my SUV. We hit a deer...hard. It tore up our full-size Toyota. The Team at HC was quick and accommodating. They did what they said they would do. The quality of work is excellent. They are kind and great to work with also. I highly recommend.
